VACCINES: Trump’s new office of Freedoms of conscience and religious exercise WOW WOW

The opening paragraph is remarkable:

“The freedoms of conscience and of religious exercise are foundational rights protected by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and by Federal statutes. These laws ensure, for example, that Americans are not compelled to speak, to salute the flag, to join a national church, or to vote for a particular candidate. They also ensure that as a general matter, the Federal government may not discriminate against its citizens for the views they hold.”

Among the long list of exemptions in federal law from compulsory health care and services on THE VERY FIRST PAGE is “immunizations.”

On the second page is a quote from United States v. Seeger, a 1965 Supreme Court case.

“[B]oth morals and sound policy require that the State should not violate the conscience of the individual. All our history gives confirmation to the view that liberty of conscience has a moral and social value which makes it worthy of preservation at the hands of the state. So deep in its significance and vital, indeed, is it to the integrity of man’s moral and spiritual nature that nothing short of the self-preservation of the state should warrant its violation; and it may well be questioned whether the state which preserves its life by a settled policy of violation of the conscience of the individual will not in fact ultimately lose it by the process.”

WOW! Now that’s a Supreme Court I can support!

How about this from Trump’s Executive Order of May 8, 2017? Federal law

“protects not just the right to believe or the right to worship; it protects the right to perform or abstain from performing certain physical acts in accordance with one’s beliefs.”

One of the LISTED “Problems that the Proposed Rule Seeks to Address,” is “being required to administer or receive certain vaccinations derived from aborted fetal tissues as a condition of work or receipt of educational services.” READ MORE…

I am being threaten with termination from employment with Deaconess Hospital as a registered nurse located in Spokane Washington State for refusing to take a Tdap shot vaccination. I have worked in Women’s & Children’s for nearly 40yrs. I have my Masters degree in Nursing Science and have always been an advocate for safe vaccination protocols. See: https://worldwidechoice.org/.

Even though I have sought to have my healthcare provider (Dr. Kinley) order titers for
Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Bordetella Pertussis around having illnesses
with simultaneous vaccines, and the pending blood work for titers the hospital refuses to accept any titers lab analysis for previous vaccination for these communicable
diseases, I am still being threatened with employment termination if I refuse to accept to be vaccinated due to my own closely held spiritual faith & free will conscience choices.

My termination date is set for February 9, 2018. Therefore, is there any help or experience your organization can provide to either direct me toward filing preemptively a complaint with the U.S. Health and Human Resources via the Office of Civil Right’s Conscience and Religious Freedom division?

If so, please email me and I will gladly provide you with what I have already submitted to the Hospital in regards thereto, which documents already my statements provided above.

This is quite new…the special office. I wonder if you got a hold of Attorney Alan Philips who has read details about the office. It might be if the Hospital gets any Federal funding that you might have a shot at it. Alan might be able to answer that. I left a message on your service. If it is the case…a letter from an attorney might give you more time while the office addresses your complaint. The complaint information (how to) is on the link you have responded to. Nothing you can do except hope this goes to the supreme court and they do the right thing. Check homeschool rules. I believe if you say you home school for say, 6 hours a day, you can joint a homeschool “cooperative” where all of you can educate, play or whatever for 50% of the time. Check out homeschool rules and note be careful of what home school program you get because Bill Gates has bought up a lot of the home school programs and has installed common core in them.
