Scientists have created synthetic human embryos using stem cells, sidestepping the need for eggs or sperm. The model embryos resemble those in the earliest stages of human development and do not have a beating heart or the beginnings of a brain, but include cells that would typically go on to form the placenta, yolk sac and the embryo itself. It is not yet clear whether these structures have the potential to continue maturing beyond the earliest stages of development. In the name of “protecting future generations from potentially devastating consequences,” a bipartisan group of U.S. lawmakers on Wednesday introduced legislation meant to prevent artificial intelligence from launching nuclear weapons without meaningful human control.
The Block Nuclear Launch by Autonomous Artificial Intelligence Act—introduced by Sen. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) and Reps. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.), Don Beyer (D-Va.), and Ken Buck (R-Colo.)—asserts that “any decision to launch a nuclear weapon should not be made” by AI.
The proposed legislation acknowledges that the Pentagon’s 2022 Nuclear Posture Review states that current U.S. policy is to “maintain a human ‘in the loop’ for all actions critical to informing and executing decisions by the president to initiate and terminate nuclear weapon employment.”

Anthony Fauci is responsible for funneling money to the Wuhan Institute of Virology through the EcoHealth Alliance.
EcoHealth Alliance is a so-called “charity” which, under the guise of “protecting people, animals, and the environment from emerging infectious diseases,” funds the development of biological weapons. They received $39 million from the Pentagon, which funded the Wuhan Institute of Virology between 2013 and 2020 (the year of Lieber’s arrest), the same Wuhan lab accused of being the source of Covid-19.
Technocrat/Transhuman scientists define synthetic biology as “the design of novel biological components and systems” and “the re-design of existing biological systems.” This means AI-assisted genetic engineering to create new or modified life forms. This is why the UN has called for a complete mapping of all DNA on earth to be used as a global commons database.
