From 1994 to 2001, Health and Human Services  (HHS)
created model comprehensive school-based health centers.  They have now been funded by the Obamacare health bill.

Over the years, school based health clinics (SBHC)  have evolved into dental centers, mental centers, drug distribution centers and most recently, vaccination centers. According to New Freedom Commission on Mental Health [NFC]  ‘Schools are in a key position to identify mental health problems early and to provide a link to appropriate services.
