MMR Vaccine: Deaf baby denied compensation

Baby made deaf by the MMR vaccine is refused compensation because she wasn’t damaged “enough”. Damaged by a vaccine, sanctioned by their government and authorized as safe,  Katie as a baby was given a vaccine that left her with a permanent life long disability but because she was left deaf in only one ear she didn’t qualify for compensation because she didn’t meet the 60% disability factor.
