Fluoroquinolone antibiotic….DON’T DO IT!!!

Those suffering from fluoroquinolone toxicity are colloquially known as having been “Floxed.” They experience a spectrum of debilitating conditions, including tendon ruptures and severe neurological and psychological effects, often leading to irreversible impairments.

Research indicates that fluoroquinolones double the risk of aortic aneurysm and aortic dissection, which are potentially lethal cardiac conditions. These antibiotics have also been associated with QT interval prolongation, a precursor to sudden cardiac death.

Real Estate Sales: Buyer’s commission vs. Seller’s commission Lawsuit

VLA COMMENT: Why should the seller of property have to pay the buyer’s agent commission when it is the buyer’s agent that represents the buyer by tearing down the list price during negotiations. If the buyer wants a representative to negotiate price…to reduce the list price…why should the seller have to pay the buyer and his agent… who is negotiating against his own seller’s agent to which he is paying a commission to represent him.
