I am one Veteran that WILL NOT BE VACCINATED under Sec. 101 of Senate Bill 1203, aka the 21st Century Veterans Benefits Delivery Act. There is not one word in the US Constitution that provides the US Government any rights over the Person UNLESS that person was made to be a slave under the 13th Amendment to the US Constitution. I am not a Slave under the 13th Amendment, and NOT a Citizen under the 14th Amendment. I reserve [all] my rights under the 9th Amendment to the US Constitution, and specifically the rights of ownership and control of my own body. And as United States v. Johnson, 76 F. Supp. 538, 539 (D. Pa. 1947), Federal District Court Judge James Alger Fee ruled that, only the belligerent have rights! Sir Edmund Burke said, “The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.”
