Niger is the first to enact a law that would prosecute parents, who deliberately denied their children access to immunization.
Any parent or caregiver, who prevents a child from receiving the polio vaccine, risks a two-year jail term, the Niger State Government said on Monday in Minna. Dr. Yahaya Na’uzo, the Executive Director of the state’s Primary Health Care Development Agency (SPHCDA), made this known in an interview with the Newsmen. “`The law establishing the SPHCDA, specifically sections 23 to 28, has made the rejection of immunisation services a criminal offense. The passage of the Child Rights Act into law was also meant to protect the rights of the children and right to immunisation services.
“Other vaccinations will be administered against whooping cough, tetanus, pneumonia, yellow fever, measles and diphtheria for pregnant women,” he said. Read more…
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is investigating the rise of a rare polio-like illness that tends to strike children.
Acute flaccid myelitis, a condition that affects the nervous system, has sickened 89 people across 33 states so far this year, and doctors aren’t sure what causes it.

VLA Comment: Here is what was happening in 2011 I guess it caught up to the United States…There has been a huge increase in non-polio acute flaccid paralysis (NPAFP). In 2011, there were an extra 47,500 new cases of NPAFP. Clinically indistinguishable from polio paralysis but twice as deadly, the incidence of NPAFP was directly proportional to doses of oral polio received. Though this data was collected within the polio surveillance system, it was not investigated. The principle of primum-non-nocere was violated.”

THE FAILURE OF GLOBAL POLIO ERADCICATION
In the 2011 Journal of Infectious Disease, Dr Wassilak from the CDC reported 336 cases of paralytic polio in Nigeria caused by the oral polio vaccine itself, which had mutated back to a virulent form. Similar cases of vaccine derived virus paralytic polio have been reported in the Belgian Congo (41-44) (see: Outbreak of vaccine-derived poliovirus in Nigeria.)
The National Polio Surveillance Project data show that the polio eradication program has increased paralysis among children—from 3,047 cases yearly in 1997 to 61,038 cases in 2012, most now being classified as AFP instead of polio.(31) (note AFP=Acute Flaccid Paralysis)
Menningitis: HIDING POLIO
[Polio now hides behind these names: acute flaccid paralysis (AFP), Transverse Myelitis, Viral or aseptic Meningitis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, Chinese Paralytic syndrome, CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME, epidemic cholera, cholera morbus, spinal meningitis, spinal apoplexy, inhibitory palsy, intermittent fever, famine fever, worm fever, bilious remittent fever, ergotism, ME, post-polio syndrome, Synonyms for GBS]
The above chart shows the increase in Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP)…a worse kind of polio associated with the polio vaccine strain in India. With the campaign to stop polio by increasing the polio vaccine rates there were in 60,922 cases in 2012 of AFP and no cases of wild polio.
Aside from this, the Polio vaccine has a monkey virus, SV 40 retro virus which is said to have caused the epidemic of cancer we see today. Animal retro viruses slice ubt=== DNA and insert
How the CDC Made 30,000 Polio Diagnoses Disappear
Polio was one of the most dreaded childhood diseases of the 20th century in theUnited States. [Periodic epidemics increased] in size and frequency in the late1940s and early 1950s. An average of over 35,000 cases were reported during thistime period. With the introduction of Salk inactivated poliovirus vaccine (IPV) in1955, the number of cases rapidly declined to under 2,500 cases in 1957. By 1965, only 61 cases of paralytic polio were reported.6
In reality, the charade was continuing right on schedule: Of the ‘35,000 cases of polio reported on average in the late 1940s and early 1950s’, only 15,000 were paralytic—the reduction to 2,500 cases of paralytic polio in 1957, and the complete disappearance of all the non-paralytic cases, was a direct result of the diagnostic changes. It’s smoke ‘n mirrors. Read more…

Lies, Lies and More Lies
In 2012, Neetu Vashisht and Jacob Puliye published a paper in the Indian Journal of Medical Ethics titled Polio programme: let us declare victory and move on. Throughout their paper, they make it abundantly clear that polio is here to stay and that cases of vaccine-induced polio are reaching an all-time high. They wrote:
“It was hoped that following polio eradication, immunisation could be stopped. However the synthesis of polio virus in 2002, made eradication impossible. It is argued that getting poor countries to expend their scarce resources on an impossible dream over the last 10 years was unethical.
Furthermore, while India has been polio-free for a year, there has been a huge increase in non-polio acute flaccid paralysis (NPAFP).
Africa will mark one year without polio on Tuesday. The last case was in Somalia in 2014.
But last week, a polio vaccination campaign in Kenya faced an unlikely opponent: the country’s Conference of Catholic Bishops declared a boycott of the World Health Organization’s vaccination campaign, saying they needed to “test” whether ingredients contain a derivative of estrogen. Dr. Wahome Ngare of the Kenyan Catholic Doctor’s Association alleged that the presence of the female hormone could sterilize children. Read more...

The Balochistan government has decided to enact a law enabling security agencies to take action against parents and heads of educational institutions, including religious seminaries, who refuse to administer polio vaccinations to children.
“We have proposed it. It is too early to talk about the contents of the law. All I can say is that parents will face legal action upon refusal of anti-polio drops,” said Balochistan Health Secretary Noorul Haq Baloch. He added, however, that refusing the drops would “not be a criminal act.”
Pakistan police arrest hundreds of parents refusing to vaccinate kids with deadly vaccine causing paralysis epidemic
Multiple hundreds of parents who nobly object to these vaccinations are being arrested or forced at gunpoint to submit their children to the vaccines. According to Feroz Shah, a spokesman for the Peshawar district administration, 471 people have been arrested so far.
Vaccines Caused 53,000 paralysis victims last year in India
India’s dramatic turnout in polio eradication, though, has seen a consistent sidelining of the increasing incidence of non-polio acute flaccid paralysis (NPAFP) cases. In the last 13 months, India has reported at least 53,000 cases of NPAFP.
Acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) is a condition in which a patient suffers from paralysis that results in floppy limbs due to reduced muscle tone. While AFP is symptomatic of polio, it can be caused by other diseases such as the Guillain-Barre Syndrome and nerve lesions as well—the primary cause fueling the argument that India is not really free of wild polio virus. It is starting folks…air travel and vaccination!
CDC recommends that travelers to any country with WPV circulation in the last 12 months protect their health by being fully vaccinated against polio, including a single lifetime polio vaccine booster for adults. Read CDC update…
Polio Vaccine Guidance for Travelers and Note on Travel to Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza
The polio vaccination certificate is valid between 4 weeks and 12 months after the date of vaccination. The ending date for a valid vaccination recorded on the ICVP is 1 calendar day before the calendar day on which the vaccine was given. For example, a vaccination given on 16 June 2014 will be valid between 14 July 2014 and 15 June 2015.
Adults-Wild Polio Virus
(but what about the “shedding” of the Vaccine Strain polio virus that has 47,500 kids in India crippled? see below)
Adults, who are traveling to areas where there has been WPV circulation in the last 12 months and who are unvaccinated, incompletely vaccinated, or whose vaccination status is unknown should receive a series of 3 doses: 2 doses of IPV administered at an interval of 4–8 weeks; a third dose should be administered 6–12 months after the second. If 3 doses of IPV cannot be administered within the recommended intervals before protection is needed, the following alternatives are recommended:
- If >8 weeks are available before protection is needed, 3 doses of IPV should be administered ≥4 weeks apart.
- If <8 weeks but >4 weeks are available before protection is needed, 2 doses of IPV should be administered ≥4 weeks apart.
- If <4 weeks are available before protection is needed, a single dose of IPV is recommended.
If <3 doses are administered, the remaining IPV doses to complete a 3-dose series should be administered when feasible, at appropriate intervals, if the person remains at increased risk for poliovirus exposure. If doses are needed while residing in the affected country, the polio vaccine that is available (IPV or OPV) may be administered.
Adults who have completed a routine series of polio vaccine are considered to have lifelong immunity to poliovirus, but data are lacking (12). As a precaution, persons aged ≥18 years who are traveling to areas where there has been WPV circulation in the last 12 months and who have received a routine series with either IPV or OPV in childhood. News of five cases of a rare polio-like disease that has left five California children with one or more paralyzed limbs has riveted the public and stirred up worries and confusion. 47,500 Paralysis cases from Polio Vaccine in India: Indian Journal of Medical Ethics

The polio vaccine contain a synthetic polio virus and not the wild polio virus found in nature. In 2011 polio vaccine with its synthetic laboratory made virus was the cause of 47,500 new cases of what they call non-polio acute flaccid paralysis NPAFP. VLA Comment: Apparently there is an association with children having gotten the polio vaccine in US as well as India with flaccid paralysis (polio symptoms renamed). Why would India, for example, not be on the list of concern? Is it because the polio vaccine itself caused the flacid paralysis (polio).
Children Around the World Vaccinated at Gunpoint
The Guardian is reporting that health officials in Pakistan are arresting and throwing into jail hundreds of parents who refuse to allow their children to receive the oral polio vaccine. These health officials are forcing children to receive the vaccine at gunpoint.
The Guardian reports:
Feroz Shah, a spokesman for the district administration in Peshawar, said 471 people had been imprisoned in the city and surrounding villages under government orders on charges of endangering public security.
Parents targeted by police were not arrested if they agreed to vaccinate their children, said Shakirullah Khan, a senior police officer in Peshawar.
VLA COMMENT: Cleary there is no concern from the establishment or GAVI (Bill Gates foundation) for the 48,000 cases of Polio in India derived from the Polio vaccine
