The Income a Family Needs to Live in Individual States
This visualization, via Visual Capitalist’s Bruno Venditti, illustrates the income necessary for two working adults with two children to maintain a comfortable lifestyle in each state.
“Comfortable” is defined as the income needed to cover a 50/30/20 budget, with 50% allocated to necessities like housing and utilities, 30% to discretionary spending, and 20% to savings or investments.

Peru transgender and intersex couples coverage for “mentally illness”
A report in the Telegraph documented the official categorization, from the Peruvian government, means those individuals now are assured “full coverage of medical attention for mental health” from the nation’s health services.
A report at the New York Post explained the designation is supposed to change the Essentials Health Insurance Plan to reflect transgenders and others “have a mental disorder.”
