Computer worms hit Iran Nuclear computers (Sept, 2010)

TEHRAN, Iran — A complex computer worm capable of seizing control of industrial plants has affected the personal computers of staff working at Iran’s first nuclear power station weeks before the facility is to go online, the official news agency reported Sunday.

Australia: Babies, twins convulsing after flu vaccine

GlaxoSmithKline, drug giant in trouble over flu vaccine and diabetes drug

GlaxoSmithKline the drug giants, UK’s Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency said that GlaxoSmithKline, the drug giant’s diabetes treatment Avandia should be pulled from sale, over concerns that it can lead to heart attacks in some patients. Pandemrix, their vaccine for the swine flu, is currently also under the magnifying glass, having been suspended by Finland, Sweden, Poland and Nepal, due to a growing number of reports of adverse reactions.

Evidence Refutes BP’s and Fed’s Deceptions on Gulf Oil Crisis

In August, Truthout conducted soil and water sampling in Pass Christian Harbor, Mississippi; on Grand Isle, Louisiana; and around barrier islands off the coast of Louisiana, in order to test for the presence of oil from BP’s Macondo Well.

Laboratory test results from the samples taken in these areas show extremely high concentrations of oil in both the soil and water contradicting BP and the government’s spin. Read more…
