Pakistan police arrest hundreds of parents refusing to vaccinate kids

QUETTA: 

The Balochistan government has decided to enact a law enabling security agencies to take action against parents and heads of educational institutions, including religious seminaries, who refuse to administer polio vaccinations to children.

“We have proposed it. It is too early to talk about the contents of the law. All I can say is that parents will face legal action upon refusal of anti-polio drops,” said Balochistan Health Secretary Noorul Haq Baloch. He added, however, that refusing the drops would “not be a criminal act.”

Multiple hundreds of parents who nobly object to these vaccinations are being arrested or forced at gunpoint to submit their children to the vaccines. According to Feroz Shah, a spokesman for the Peshawar district administration, 471 people have been arrested so far.

Vaccines Caused 53,000 paralysis victims last year in India

India’s dramatic turnout in polio eradication, though, has seen a consistent sidelining of the increasing incidence of non-polio acute flaccid paralysis (NPAFP) cases. In the last 13 months, India has reported at least 53,000 cases of NPAFP.

Acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) is a condition in which a patient suffers from paralysis that results in floppy limbs due to reduced muscle tone. While AFP is symptomatic of polio, it can be caused by other diseases such as the Guillain-Barre Syndrome and nerve lesions as well—the primary cause fueling the argument that India is not really free of wild polio virus.  Read more…

(June 1996) WASHINGTON — A government-sponsored study of two measles vaccines, begun in 1989 during a major U.S. epidemic and conducted on nearly 1,500 minority infants in Los Angeles, failed to disclose to parents that one of the vaccines was experimental, federal health officials said Sunday. The trial involved children in communities hardest hit by the disease, including East and West Los Angeles and Inglewood. The majority of the children were African American and Latino.

(Supposedly) None of the Los Angeles children, most of whom are now 5, was injured by the unlicensed vaccine, the CDC said. However, similar clinical trials conducted in Africa and Haiti with the vaccine raised questions about its relationship to an increased death rate among female infants who received the more potent of two dosages being studied. Those (African and Haitian)  children died within two years after the vaccination. In light of the questions, the Los Angeles study was halted in 1991.  Read more…

VLA Comment:  This is the conclusion (above) of the establishment, that there is a correlation between attacks on vaccinators and an increase in polio outbreaks….as opposed to a correlation between the polio vaccine and polio outbreaks.

ALEC: AMERICAN LEGISLATIVE EXCHANGE COUNCIL

ALEC prepares model bills to run through the nation state capitols based on government intention and corporate interest.  Legislators from all over the nation are members of ALEC.

This is how a tsunami of bills suddenly shows up in states across the nation. BILL GATES FOUNDATION & ALEC:  This is what I just found.  I would think now Gates Foundation would get another associate organization of theirs to support ALEX.

Support for the American Legislative Exchange Council

In November 2011, the Gates Foundation made a $376,635 grant to the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), which it claims was “to educate and engage its membership on more efficient state budget approaches to drive greater student outcomes, as well as educate them on beneficial ways to recruit, retain, evaluate and compensate effective teaching based upon merit and achievement.”[3] In April 2012, during a public campaign by public interest groups targeting ALEC supporters and urging them to cut ties with ALEC, during which the Progressive Change Campaign Committee (PCCC) specifically targeted the foundation, Gates spokesman Chris Williams told the Capitol Hill publication Roll Call, that it does not plan to make future grants to the conservative nonprofit and specifically noted that the foundation was never a dues-paying member of ALEC.[4] Williams also told BuzzFeed that the foundation does not plan to withdraw that grant “for now. . . . We have already paid out a significant portion of it,” he said.[5]

In Iowa for example, a majority of Republicans a members of ALEC.

On whether or not they knew about or understood the VICP:

9 gave testimony that showed that they didn’t understand the VICP (4 Medical Professionals Organizations, 3 Public Health Agencies, 2 Health Care Corporations)

11 gave testimony that was unclear on whether they understood the VICP or not (3 Pediatricians, 2 Medical Professional Organizations, 1 Health Care Corporation, 2 parents and 3 advocates.

1 Gave testimony that showed that she knew about the VICP, but that she believed that it “provides a swift, comprehensive alternative to litigation.” (Pediatrician representing a Health Care Corporation)

On whether or not they could differentiate VICP from VAERS:
