Excerpt:  On August 29, 2009, CBS investigative news reported warnings from a Gardasil spokesperson, Dr. Diane Harper, who stated parents of young girls should receive complete warnings about the vaccine from Merck. Dr. Harper went on to say that there were 3.4 out of every 100,000 doses distributed: the same rate as the death rate of cervical cancer.
