According to the author, Charles Benbrook, a research professor at the Center for Sustaining Agriculture and Natural Resources at Washington State University: “Contrary to often-repeated claims that today’s genetically-engineered crops have, and are reducing pesticide use, the spread of glyphosate-resistant weeds in herbicide-resistant weed management systems has brought about substantial increases in the number and volume of herbicides applied. If new genetically engineered forms of corn and soybeans tolerant of 2,4-D are approved, the volume of 2,4-D sprayed could drive herbicide usage upward by another approximate 50 percent. The magnitude of increases in herbicide use on herbicide-resistant hectares has dwarfed the reduction in insecticide use on Bt crops over the past 16 years, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Excerpt: “Merck’s HPV vaccine Gardasil failed (and continues to fail) to meet a single one of the four criteria required by the FDA for Fast Track approval. In spite of this, Gardasil continues to be promoted as if it already had post-phase 4 confirmatory trial approval and proven efficacy
against cervical cancer…”

FDA and CDC rely exclusively on data provided by the manufacturer. Disregarding the abundance of adverse events reported to the Vaccine Adverse Events Report System (VAERS), independent research studies, outcries from doctors who have the courage to speak out and heartbreaking personal stories – the official  sound bite from the FDA and CDC is that Gardasil is safe and effective, and its benefits continue to outweigh its risks.

Excerpt:  “Any federal agency responsible for assuring drug safety should not exclusively rely on data provided by the drug manufacturer, as unreliable research (i.e., use of an reactive and potentially toxic placebo) cannot be used to reliably evaluate the safety of any drug”.

Excerpt:  We conducted a nested case control study of all pediatric subjects (6 months to 18 years old) who were evaluated at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, who had laboratory-confirmed influenza during each flu season from 1999 to 2006 to evaluate the efficacy of TIV in preventing hospitalization. A case-control analysis was performed with the cases and the controls being the subjects who did and did not required hospitalization with the influenza illness, respectively. There were 261 subjects with laboratory-confirmed influenza from 1996 to 2006. There was an overall trend toward higher rates of hospitalization in subjects who got the TIV when compared with the ones who did not get the TIV (odds ratio [OR], 3.67; CI, 1.6, 8.4).Read study

Sept. 2012 Human Environmental Toxicology Journal:  Inutero injections of the influenza flu vaccine in the 2009/10 Pandemic season caused a 4,250% increase in fetal deaths according to VAERS data  Open access pdf of study

2012 Toxicological & Environmental Chemistry Journal: Maternal transfer of mercury to the developing embryo/fetus: is there a safe level?  Examining actual fetal tissue, this study focused on standardized embryonic and fetal Hg exposures via primary exposure to the pregnant mother of two common Hg sources (dietary fish and parenteral vaccines). Data demonstrated that Hg exposures, particularly during the first trimester of pregnancy, at well-established dose/weight ratios produced severe damage to humans including death. Read study
