UTAH leads the way for Health Freedom (RIGHT TO REFUSE)
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, twenty-nine states in the USA have passed some form of “Right to Refuse” laws to protect against vaccine, masking, or testing mandates. Utah has been a national leader during this time, and they have passed seven Right to Refuse laws. The state has also passed a law allowing patients and doctors to contract out of official “medical norms” to allow physicians to use all their knowledge and wisdom, without a risk to their right to practice medicine. RELIGIOUS EXEMPTIONS FOR ALL VACCINES WILL NOW BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLCHILDREN
On April 18th 2023, Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), with their legal team led by lawyer Aaron Siri, had a historic win in federal court.
As a federal judge tasked with interpreting the United States Constitution, Judge Sul Ozerden issued a measured written opinion today recognizing that the First Amendment of the United States Constitution demands that a religious exemption option be provided if the state offers secular exemptions (which it does).
Practically, what this ruling means is that, by July 15, 2023, Mississippi must provide the option for a religious exemption to the state’s vaccination requirements for schoolchildren.

NIH (Fauci’s NIAID agency) pockets $400 million dollars in “royalties” due to the Bayh/Doyle Act (2005)
NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID ) FAUCI’S AGENCY is to receive a “catch-up” non-refundable royalty in the amount of $400 million from Moderna for the use of its molecular technique. The molecular technique aims to stabilize the SARS-COV2 spike protein in order to create a strong immune response in vaccine recipients. The spike protein technology is jointly owned by the NIH and Dartmouth University’s Geisel School of Medicine, and both are named in the contract along with Moderna.5 6
The collaboration between NIH and Moderna in the development of Spikevax is another example of the lucrative public-private business partnership between the U.S. government and pharmaceutical companies.18 19 20

At the time, the gospel of the U.S. government, or at least of the longtime Democratic majority in Congress, was that if the government paid for it, the taxpayers owned it. That was the thinking that drove some of the nation’s proudest achievements–the splitting of the atom, the development of antibiotics, the moon shot, and the nuclear Navy. Bayh sought to turn that policy on its head, essentially giving away all this taxpayer property for free–and, some worried, creating potentially thousands of new private monopolies in the process.

- Paraquat and diquat are registered desiccants that have been used in U.S. agriculture since 1962, and as bad as glyphosate is, these “quats” may be even worse
- More than 3,000 farmers with Parkinson’s disease are suing Syngenta, the lead manufacturer of paraquat, and Chevron, a key distributor, arguing the chemical caused their disease. The first federal trial is set for October 2023. More than 100 lawsuits have also been filed in California state courts, where trials are set to begin in June 2023
- In 2021, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) reapproved paraquat for another 15 years. Earth Justice sued the EPA claiming the agency has “understated the extent of paraquat’s adverse effects.” The EPA is now re-reviewing its paraquat data and has until December 2023 to draft its reanalysis
- Research suggests plant lectins are the key link between paraquat and the damage resulting in Parkinson’s disease. Instead, without the corresponding enzyme that body accumulates the drug and poisons the patient to a point of hallucinations, homicidal ideations and suicidal ideations and events.
