Massive effort to bring Federal, State and Local law enforcement together along with encouraging citizens to spy on each other by recruiting truck drivers. “First Observer” program is operated by Team HMS under a Cooperative Agreement with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Trucking Security Program (TSP). The program’s mission is to administer an anti-terrorism and security awareness program for highway professionals in support of the National Preparedness Guidelines.
The same has been going on for year with a CIA/FBI program for industry and citizens in every state called INFRAGUARD which is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the private sector. InfraGard is an association of businesses, academic institutions, state and local law enforcement agencies, and other participants dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the United States.

Dr. Harper went on to say that there were 3.4 out of every 100,000 doses distributed: the same rate as the death rate of cervical cancer. > (10-25) 22:13 PDT OAKLAND — Police fired tear gas at least three times Tuesday night into a crowd of several hundred protesters backing the Occupy movement who unsuccessfully tried to retake an encampment outside Oakland City Hall that officers had cleared away more than 12 hours earlier.
> Police gave repeated warnings to protesters to disperse from the entrance to Frank Ogawa Plaza at 14th Street and Broadway before firing several tear gas canisters into the crowd at about 7:45 p.m. Police had announced over a loudspeaker that those who refused to leave could be targeted by “chemical agents.”
> Protesters scattered in both directions on Broadway as the tear gas canisters and several flash bang grenades went off. Regrouping, protesters tried to help one another and offered each other eye drops.

The state of California has just passed bill AB499, which will permit minor children as young as 12 years old to be vaccinated with sexually transmitted disease vaccines like Gardasil without parental knowledge or parental consent. This means that if you live in California, school or medical personnel would be allowed to vaccinate your child against an STD without your ever knowing it.
At issue, of course, is whether 12-year-olds are mature enough to fully analyze the benefits versus risks of vaccination (or any medical treatment for that matter), or recognize the alternatives to STD prevention, such as abstinence. Meanwhile, a child could suffer a vaccine reaction and the parent, not knowing the child had been vaccinated, could mistake it for the flu or another condition, delaying getting help until it is too late.
Vaccinated children have 2-5X more diseases than unvaccinated children
A German study released in September 2011 of about 8000 UNVACCINATED children, newborn to 19 years, show vaccinated children have at least 2 to 5 times more diseases and disorders than unvaccinated children. Read more…
