Bolivia’s President Evo Morales has blamed U.S. President Barack Obama for the failure of the recent OAS (Organization of American States) Summit of the Americas to issue a final declaration, and he says that a major sticking point for Mr. Obama was Obama’s opposition to a provision in the proposed declaration that would have said that health care is “a human right”. Mr. Obama insisted that it’s instead a privilege, access to which must be based primarily upon an individual’s ability-to-pay, as is the case in the United States. Read more…
The CDC claims on its website that “[i]n a study including approximately 85,000 adults 65 years or older in the Netherlands, PCV13 was 75% effective at preventing invasive pneumococcal disease and 45% effective at preventing pneumococcal pneumonia caused by the serotypes included in the vaccine” and that “Pneumovax®, the pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine that includes 23 serotypes, has been shown to be 50-85% effective in preventing invasive disease caused by those 23 serotypes in adults with healthy immune systems.” Curiously, it doesn’t make these studies available.
David Brownstein, M.D., notes on his blog: “The JAMA article (states), “Based on the immunogenicity studies and CAPITA, one model estimates that {the number needed to vaccinate was 27,800}.” That means, to prevent one case of invasive pneumococcal disease, you need to vaccinate 27,800 subjects. In other words, the vaccine failed 99.99% of the subjects who received it (27,799/27,800). To prevent community acquired pneumonia, the number-needed to vaccinate was 1,620. At least the numbers are better here—the vaccine only failed 99.94% of those who took it (1,619/1,620). Read more…
GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is in the news again making headlines after having to settle another major lawsuit bringing the latest total to over $9.1 billion since 2003.
This time, it is due to GSK’s product Pandemrix, which was the swine flu vaccine forced upon the public during the pandemic of 2009 (which is argued by some to have been fake). As the victims are being compensated in the U.K., the same neurological mechanisms that damaged the children in the lawsuit are still potentially at work in the confirmed excitotoxicity that takes place after many vaccine injections. As far back as 1993, scientists were aware that polysorbate 80 causes infertility in mammals. Baby female rats were injected with the substance and experienced accelerated maturation, hormonal changes, decreased weight of the uterus and ovaries, and degenerative follicles. STUDY…
Polysorbate 80 is “linked to infertility in mice” and “severe ovary deformities.” The actual study in referred to in this case demonstrated reproductive impacts, but not infertility per se and it was only after injecting newborn mice with Polysorbate 80. Certainly concerning for vaccines containing Polysorbate 80.
Polysorbate 80 is “linked to anaphylactic shock in pregnant women.” This “study” was actually one pregnant woman who had a severe allergic reaction to a multivitamin administered via IV. Doctors identified Polysorbate 80 as the cause, but no other incidences of this type of reaction have been reported.
