Senator Barbara Boxer (D) and Representative Anna Eshoo (D-Palo Alto), have proposed federal legislation that would for the first time impose Federal, as opposed to State, vaccine mandates to attend an educational program. The legislators’ bill entitled A Head Start on Vaccinations Act would require all children enrolled in Head Start to get all of the vaccinations recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) according to the CDC’s timetable. If this passes it will only be a matter of time before the mandate would be extended to children who attend schools that receive Federal funding, such as IDEA funding for special education, student loan guarantees, etc.

Eligibility FOR HEADSTART:
Eligibility is largely income–based, although each local program includes other eligibility criteria, such as disabilities and services needed by other family members. Families must earn less than 100% of the federal poverty level. Families may also qualify under a categorical eligibility category—receipt of TANF funds, Supplemental Security funds, or Homeless as per the McKinney-Vento Act. Up to 10% of any funded program’s enrollment can be from higher income families or families experiencing emergency situations. All programs are required to provide services to children with disabilities who must comprise 10% of their total enrollment. Per the Head Start Act (2007), programs may select to serve families whose income is between 100-130% under certain circumstances. Programs must also complete additional reporting requirements if this is appropriate for their community.

Most all government and industry funded research focus on “the sick and infirmed” to mitigate pain, provide medications and now replace organs and body parts. It sound altruist enough but it has become strategy to “make people sick” in order to move forward the technical age, the new epoch of Neo-humanity (Transhumanism). This has become the sole momentum of government, the healthcare industry, the agricultural sector (GMO), for many years. Transhumanism research is being fostered via competing countries around the world for war games. The children of this and the previous generation have been teethed on war video games with robotic humanity that has the immortal factor. The Transhumanism movement has been long time in paving its way to this moment. It is now taking a quantum leap forward by mass forced vaccination which will debilitate humanity so as to put that emotional engine in place that humanity in their chronic illness and fear of death will clamor for bionics.
The focus of these large groups and institutions is to provide costly remedies for illness, not discover the “cause” which would eliminate the disease and the profit motive. This philosophy of protecting the weak and sick instead of encouraging and support the health and strong is the philosophy that is bringing in the destruction of Home sapiens as we know it.
