A Holocaust survivor’s perspective 👇offers unique historical weight when discussing what he calls a Holocaust in Gaza. It is most effective to let his direct testimony convey the gravity and the horror. My only issue, while he talks about Jewish individuals feeling the same way and speak out against the atrocities of Israel, unfortunately the vast majority of the Jewish community either openly supports the Israeli actions in Gaza (Genocide) or they maintain a silence that reflects a tacit approval.
It’s not only some Jews who remain silent, millions of people of all religions around the world keep silent about their disdain for what the Israeli government is guilty of. Government leaders refuse to speak up, citizens sit at home watching the horrors on TV but do nothing to let their governments know how they feel. Very few join protests or write letters. The majority of the entire world is silent.
