NVIC: 2015 proposed Vaccine Legislation by STATE

Below is a chart of the proposed legislation by state.  Barbara Boxer has proposed a bill on the Federal level to force vaccinate all children in the Federally funded HEAD START program which consists mainly of poor American Africans and Hispanic.  The bill also eliminates all possibility of religious or philosophical exemptions.

Excerpt: If you think the government has the right to forcibly vaccinate people – for the good of society – what is to prevent them from forcibly sterilizing people, or forcibly euthanizing people, or forcibly implanting a tracking device – for the good of society? You make think those examples are extreme (although two-thirds have happened), but the principle is the same. You are allowing government to have ultimate authority over your body.

Those who are willing to make an “exception” to the principle that parents should make health care decisions for their children should ask themselves when in history has a “limited” infringement on individual liberty stayed limited. By ceding the principle that individuals have the right to make their own health care decisions, supporters of mandatory vaccines are opening the door for future infringements on health freedom.
If government can mandate that children receive vaccines, then why shouldn’t the government mandate that adults receive certain types of vaccines? And if it is the law that individuals must be vaccinated, then why shouldn’t police officers be empowered to physically force resisters to receive a vaccine?  Read more…

Breaking News (ALERT): BILL IN CONGRESS TO REMOVE VACCINE WAIVERS

Senator Barbara Boxer (D) and Representative Anna Eshoo (D-Palo Alto), have proposed federal legislation that would for the first time impose Federal, as opposed to State, vaccine mandates to attend an educational program. The legislators’ bill entitled A Head Start on Vaccinations Act would require all children enrolled in Head Start to get all of the vaccinations recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) according to the CDC’s timetable. There would be no exemptions for religious or personnel beliefs.  READ MORE…AND TAKE ACTION
If this passes it will only be a matter of time before the mandate would be extended to children who attend schools that receive Federal funding, such as IDEA funding for special education, student loan guarantees, etc.

Eligibility  FOR HEADSTART:​

Eligibility is largely income–based, although each local program includes other eligibility criteria, such as disabilities and services needed by other family members. Families must earn less than 100% of the federal poverty level. Families may also qualify under a categorical eligibility category—receipt of TANF funds, Supplemental Security funds, or Homeless as per the McKinney-Vento Act. Up to 10% of any funded program’s enrollment can be from higher income families or families experiencing emergency situations. All programs are required to provide services to children with disabilities who must comprise 10% of their total enrollment. Per the Head Start Act (2007), programs may select to serve families whose income is between 100-130% under certain circumstances. Programs must also complete additional reporting requirements if this is appropriate for their community.

Most all government and industry funded research focus on “the sick and infirmed” to mitigate pain, provide medications and now replace organs and body parts.  It sound altruist enough but it has become strategy to “make people sick” in order to move forward the technical age, the new epoch of Neo-humanity (Transhumanism).     This has become the sole momentum of government, the healthcare industry,  the agricultural sector (GMO), for many years.  Transhumanism research is being fostered via competing countries around the world for war games.  The children of this and the previous generation have been teethed on war video games with robotic humanity that has the immortal factor.  The Transhumanism movement has been long time in paving its way to this moment.  It is now taking a quantum leap forward by mass forced vaccination which will debilitate humanity so as to put that emotional engine in place that humanity in their chronic illness and fear of death will clamor for bionics.

The focus of these large groups and institutions is to provide costly remedies for illness, not discover the “cause” which would eliminate the disease and the profit motive.  This philosophy of protecting the weak and sick instead of encouraging and support the health and strong is the philosophy that is bringing in the destruction of Home sapiens as we know it.  Put TRANSHUMANISM in our search engine.

Were it not for the elegance, proficiency, and mostly asymptomatic success of our recombinatorial immune system in dealing so well with infectious challenges, vaccination would have no cause, no scientific explanation, no justification whatsoever.

In fact, ever since the adaptive, antigen-specific immune system evolved in early vertebrates 500 million years ago, our bodies have been doing a pretty good job of keeping us alive on this planet without need for synthetic, vaccine-mediated immunity.

Indeed,  infectious challenges are necessary for the development of a healthy immune system, and in order to prevent autoimmune conditions from emerging as a result of TH2 dominanc

A new paper published in the journal Lupus entitled “Mechanisms of aluminum adjuvant toxicity and autoimmunity in pediatric populations,” points out that as many as 125 antigenic compounds, along with high amounts of aluminum (AI) adjuvants are given to children by the time they are 4 and 6 years old, in some “developed” countries. The authors also state: “Immune challenges during early development, including those vaccine-induced, can lead to permanent detrimental alterations of the brain and immune function. Experimental evidence also shows that simultaneous administration of as little as two to three immune adjuvants can overcome genetic resistance to autoimmunity.”

In this culture of vaccination, the non-vaccinated child is “inferior,” “dirty,” perhaps even “sub-human” to those who look upon vaccination as the answer to what perfects the human immune system. Transhumanism participates in a dialectic which requires a simultaneous and systematic dehumanization of those who do not share the same way of thinking and behaving. The eugenic undertones of mass vaccination and the cult of synthetic immunity are now only thinly veiled, as we move closer to the point where a psuedo-scientific medical dictatorship lays claim to our very bodies, and the bodies of our children.

SPACE COLONIZATION

Space colonization is closely related to transhumanism through the mutual association of futurist philosophy, but also more directly because the embrace of transhumanism will be necessary to colonize space. Human beings aren’t designed to live in space. Our physiological issues with it are manifold, from deteriorating muscle mass to uncontrollable flatulence. On the surface of Venus, we would melt, on the surface of Mars, we’d freeze. The only reasonable solution is to upgrade our bodies. Not terraform the cosmos, but cosmosform ourselves.

Social Strategy to end Homo sapein life as we know it.

For Transhumanism (The End Game – www.2045.com) to take place people must become sick, terrorized, physically and mentally disabled and afraid of death.  For the game to accelerate, the establishment has decided to push for the implementation of forced vaccination. To do this they must:

1) make the population afraid of biological terrorism

2) Make people afraid of disease and death

3) destroy the natural organic immune system at an early age through vaccinating pregnant women, babies and children

4) medicate the population nearly from birth

5) sterilize women via vaccines; vaccinate at birth and inject 48 vaccine doses there after until the age of six

6) misdiagnose vaccine injury as mental illness

7) resulting in the dispensing of vast numbers of anti psychotic, anti-depression  medications to children and adults

8) Terrorize parents via brainwashed pediatricians

9) Terrorize parents with medical neglect charges and taking children from their homes (CPS)

And to do this more quickly, they now are moving to remove exemption options, destroying the principles of the constitution and the freedom of religion concept of which this country was founded.   Clearly there is already no religious exemption for hospital workers who lose their jobs unless they get vaccinated. It is an interesting question as to why we have religious freedom (at the moment) in schools but not in the work place?

First prong of the strategy:  They will seek cooperation from the states since vaccines are traditionally a states rights issue.   They will move “model” bills through out the nation targeting religious groups who have taken religious waivers and make it hard for them to get a waiver by requiring them to go to a physician for direct feed propaganda on the benefits of vaccination  Second prong:  They will move model bills through the state legislators to see if they can first remove the philosophical exemptions via the states. It is worth noting that most those who have taken the philosophical waiver will not be able to jump to the religious waiver since they did not register that it was their religious belief at the time of acquiring the exemption.  The legislators will then eventually try to remove the religious waiver on the basis of “national security”. If the states do not cooperate it will come under Federal regulation on the basis of national security.

For Transhumanism to manifest, society must be focused on fear of disease and death:

The Healthcare system is focused on the “sick” and “infirmed”. Pharmaceutical, nano tech, biotech, robotic research does not focus on the healthy, finding ways to properly sustain the health of all kingdoms, including the planet, humans, animals, plants, insects, all biological life. The focus of research is on disease and injury. The current real and rapid move towards Transhumanism (Neo Humanity-see www.2045.com) depends (emphasis added) on people being sick, needing medications and clamoring for artificial and hi-technological support to stay alive concomitant with a willingness to be guinea pigs at all costs.   This “Sickcare” system – the commercials; the media propaganda; the medical cabal, the insurance companies, target the sick and appeals only to the infirmed. The more unconsious, disempowered, mentally ill, depressed, sick and injured people become the more medication and artificial means of survival, such as that offered by transhumanism becomes very attractive. Transhumanism can only occur by making humanity sick and afraid to die…the polar opposite of the consciousness movement. The consciousness movement only requires that you close your eyes, meditate (which is free), and remember who you are.  You are the witness to all these events. You are “awareness” of all that is happening. The same consciousness looked through your eyes when you were little and playing with toys in the bathtub. That has not changed, though the body has changed. The same unchanging, immortal consciousness looks through your eyes now.    The establishment depends on your not realizing who you are and the power you have of raising your frequency by your identity with the ultimate Supreme Creative Intelligence, Source.  Without an immortal mind, the immortal body that Transhumanism offers is truly a vision of hell on earth.  Where are the Christians and the Republicans when you need them?

The internet visionary (Ray Kurzweil) is avidly working towards an unseemly marriage of sorts between machine and man, a phenomenon he has popularly dubbed “the singularity.” The movement, which also goes by the name ‘transhumanism,’ is anxiously awaiting that Matrix moment when artificial intelligence and the human brain will merge to form a superhuman that never has to Google another nagging question again.

Rengo Family Children Taken Back into State Custody in Washington, As Family Tries to Flee CPS

The Rengos reportedly left their home in Washington to avoid having CPS take their children away again, but on February 5, 2015, they were picked up in California, and the children were taken away from them by force. According to ksbw.com: “Cleve Goheen-Rengo, 23, and Erica Carey, 29, fled from their Washington home with the three children. A warrant was not issued for their arrest, but a Be On The Lookout was issued by Bellingham police to West Coast law enforcement. Bellingham police officers said it was not a criminal kidnapping or Amber Alert investigation, but rather a civil violation by defying CPS court orders.” So while no criminal charges were made against the parents, nevertheless, the children will be returned to State custody in Washington. The children seemed OK, according to California authorities. “They didn’t appear to have any obvious injuries or ailments,” (California Highway Patrol officer) Sadek said. Carey (the mother) was arrested for refusing to cooperate with Santa Cruz County law enforcement. She reportedly shouted out: “Send a message to America for me. Children don’t belong to the government. The government belongs to the people.”

BREAKING: ARIZONA SUED BY ABUSED FOSTER CHILDREN!

The Associated Press and many other media outlets today (February 3, 2015) have announced that a federal class-action lawsuit was filed against the directors of the Arizona Department of Children’s Services and the Department of Health Services by ten foster children in Arizona. The children in the lawsuit are represented by the groups Children’s Rights, the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest, and Phoenix law firm Coppersmith Brockelman PLC. Arizona’s treatment of foster children is so bad it actually puts kids at risk of greater harm, says the federal class-action lawsuit. The lawsuit, which names as plaintiffs 10 foster children ages 3 to 14, said the agencies failed to address ongoing failures. The suit also accuses the state of a “widespread failure to engage in basic child welfare practices aimed at maintaining family relationships.” That includes placing siblings together, trial reunifications with parents, adequate visitation between children and biological families, and having caseworkers visit parents to work toward reunification.

Parents Get $800K Over Warrantless Search and Removal of Homeschool Kids Who Were Not Vaccinated

KPCC reported this week that the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors will pay $800,000 to the parents of two children taken from their home by a Sheriff’s deputy and social workers with the Department of Children and Family Services, who did not obtain a warrant first. According to KPCC, the lawsuit states that the complaint used by DCFS centered around what the homeschooled family chose to feed their children, and for failing to vaccinate them: Social workers with the Department of Children and Family Services claimed the parents “created a detrimental and endangering home environment” for the children by failing to provide nourishing food and immunizations. We deeply regret consenting to the Gardasil vaccine. We had no idea of the severe side effects some experience post vaccine. Every day, we wish we had been more informed. Parents beware of blindly following your doctor’s recommended vaccine schedule. Do not rely or expect your doctor to know everything. You must do your own research and ask plenty of questions. Our family found out the hard way that it is possible for a vaccine to have lasting and devastating effects.

University Of California System Will Require Measles Vaccine For New Students

The University of California system, with an enrollment of about 233,000, will require incoming students to be vaccinated for measles, mumps, rubella, chickenpox, meningococcus, tetanus and whooping cough beginning in 2017.
