Gillick Law: Underage students can opt out of vaccines against parents’ wishes

A child of twelve was charged with ‘threatening behaviour’ at his school in Bowmanville, East of Toronto last week. The arrest happened when the boy (who cannot be named for legal reasons) threw a tantrum refusing the Hepatitis B vaccine.  Read more…

GILLICK LAW…the court held that ‘parental rights’ did not exist, other than to safeguard the best interests of a minor. The majority held that in some circumstances a minor could consent to treatment, and that in these circumstances a parent had no power to veto treatment.

GILLICK LAW…cited on LawTeacher.net. When referring to the phrase Gillick competence, commentators are normally discussing the ability of a minor to make his or her own choices and have such choices upheld by the law. Most commonly, discussion relates to medical treatment and stems from the case of Gillick v W Norfolk and Wisbech AHA. Essentially, it is necessary to examine how the courts have handled the issues relating to children as decision makers, balancing such choices to the views of the parents or guardians and ultimately whether such views can overrule those of the child.

School Based Health Clinics: VACCINES & DRUGS: Accessing Public School Health Records?

Read article…The Obama Healthcare bill funds School Based Health Clinics for public schools nationwide.  The purpose: Track the emerging adult population; maximum vaccinate adolescents upwards of 80 vaccinations by 19 years old; screen for mental illness; facilitate the prescribing of prescription drugs based on mental screening and school behavior; obfuscate the cause of ADD, ADHD, depression (toxic vaccines-45 by the time the child is 6 years old..20 of which has high levels of mercury); propaganda for pre-school and school age kids

…’In 2007, a study performed by RAND Corporation, funded by Sanofi Pasteur, investigated the most efficient way to vaccinate (http://www.rand.org/pubs/documented…) low-income adolescents. Nicole Lurie,(http://www.opensecrets.org/revolvin…) one authors of the white paper, is now an adviser to Kathleen Sebelius, the Secretary of Human Health Services (HHS). Mrs. Lurie has a long history of traversing the revolving door between private industry, government duties, and academic appointments (there is no difference from the former head of the CDC, Julie Gerberding, (http://vactruth.com/2010/01/04/juli…) becoming President of Merck Pharmaceuticals Vaccine Division).

Congressman Ted Poe: US BANS INCANDESCENT BULBS: Requiring CFL lightbulbs w Mercury

Madame Speaker, I have a copy of the Constitution here, and like most members of Congress, I carry it with me. I’ve read it through and through, but I don’t see anywhere in the US Constitution that it gives the government the power to control the type of light bulb used in Dime Box Texas or any other place in the United States. Ted Poe

Federal Light Bulb Ban

A federal law banning ordinary incandescent light bulbs has already had a negative effect on the American economy — GE has closed its last major bulb producing factory in the United States, creating job opportunities in China.Legislation enacted in 2007 orders the phase-out of incandescent light bulbs beginning with the 100-watt bulb in 2012 and ending with the 40-watt light in 2014.

College kids-low sperm count: The Disappearing Male Documentary: Depopulation

The Disappearing Male is about one of the most important, and least publicized, issues facing the human species: the toxic threat to the male reproductive system.

The last few decades have seen steady and dramatic increases in the incidence of boys and young men suffering from genital deformities, low sperm count, sperm abnormalities and testicular cancer.

At the same time, boys are now far more at risk of suffering from ADHD, autism, Tourette’s syndrome, cerebral palsy, and dyslexia.

National Geographic: Bird’s that eat mercury exhibit homosexual behavior

Male birds that eat mercury-contaminated food show “surprising” homosexual behavior, scientists have found. In all three groups exposed to mercury, homosexual bonding increased. This behavior led to a 13 to 15 percent decline in the number of young, compared to the mercury-free control group. The metal also impacted heterosexual couples. Overall, female birds exposed to mercury yielded 35 percent fewer babies than the control group.

Since pregnant women are increasingly being injected with flu vaccine with mercury, it will be interesting to see if there will be a major wave of homosexuality in the emerging population along with ADD, ADHD, Austism, Diabetes, Obesity, Asthma..all vaccine injuries.  The hard push on the flu vaccine with mercury recommended for all people including pregnant women and children from 6 months old through 19, every year should produce an acceleration of these epidemics.

CHRONIC FATIQUE SYNDROME: Genetically Engineered Mosquito release in Ontario, Florida, the Cayman Islands

The trial of the OX513A strain of the dengue-carrying Aedes aegypti mosquito, developed by UK biotechnology company Oxitec, was carried out on Grand Cayman island by the Cayman Islands’ Mosquito Research and Control Unit (MRCU) in 2009, followed by a bigger release between May and October this year. Together they represent the first known release of GM mosquitoes anywhere in the world. The male GM mosquitoes mate with normal females to produce larvae that die unless the antibiotic tetracycline is present. In tetracycline’s absence an enzyme accumulates to a toxic level, killing the larvae. The developers hope the strategy could be combined with other mosquito control methods to reduce transmission in dengue-prone areas.

Bio-weaponry mosquito engineering: 1984

TESTING BRUCELLOSIS VIA MOSQUITO VECTOR IN ONTARIO The mosquitoes were then let loose in certain communities in the middle of the night so they could determine how many people would become ill with chronic fatigue syndrome, or fibromyalgia, which was the first disease to show. One of the communities they tested it on was the St. Lawrence Seaway valley all the way from Kingston to Cornwall in 1984. They let out absolutely hundreds of millions of infected mosquitoes. Over 700 people in the next four or five weeks developed myalgic encephalomyelitis, or chronic fatigue syndrome.” Read more…

“TESTING BRUCELLOSES VIA MOSQUITO VECTOR IN PUNTA GORDA

A report from The New England Journal of Medicine, August 22, 1957, p.362

They (mosquitos) were bred in Belleville, Ontario, and taken down and released in Punta Gorda. Within a week, the first five cases ever of chronic fatigue syndrome were reported to the local clinic in Punta Gorda, and it continued until finally 450 people were ill with the disease. Read more…
