A division of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) run by Dr. Anthony Fauci allocated $1,836,453 in taxpayer dollars to test an experimental hay fever drug on dogs, rats and mice, according to documents released Monday by the White Coat Waste Project. The FOIA documents show five separate dog experiments are planned — including tests on 6-month-old puppies. Some dogs could be force-fed large doses of the drug for months, the Washington Examiner reported.  Read more….

CDC Investigating 109 Cases of Severe Hepatitis Among Children

FRIDAY, May 6, 2022 (HealthDay News) — Five children have died in a mysterious wave of acute hepatitis that has sickened dozens of children across the United States during the past seven months, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced Friday.

Overall, public health officials have identified 109 children in 25 U.S. states and territories stricken with the liver condition, according to Jay Butler, M.D., the deputy director for infectious diseases at the CDC. Their average age has been 2 years. “More than 90 percent of these patients under investigation were hospitalized, 14 percent received liver transplants, and more than half had a confirmed adenovirus infection,” Butler said during a media briefing on the cases. Ohio, the only spoken or written words that are “not” protected under the First Amendment are those “directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and [are] likely to incite or produce such action.”  The Court in Brandenburg thereby provided a lucid and relatively easily applied demarcation between protected and unprotected speech.

Regardless of what those on the Disinformation Governance Board are going to do, they must wield their authority strictly in accordance with definitions of protected speech in Brandenburg, or face potential criminal and civil liabilities for willful violations of rights and liberties found in the First Amendment and elsewhere.
