New York Bill Would Allow the Governor to Detain Anyone Considered to be Public Health Threat

A.416, is among a host of Covid restriction and vaccine mandate bills set to be voted on during the next legislative session starting on January 5th.

According to the bill’s text, A.416 would “allow the governor or the appropriate health official to order the removal and detention of any person afflicted with a communicable disease in the event that there is a state of health emergency declared by the governor in relation to such disease.”

“[A]ny person or group removed or detained by order of the governor or his or her delegate shall be detained for as long as the department may direct,” subdivision 3 of the bill further states.

• A8378 would require students to receive Covid-19 vaccines prior to attending school.

• A279 would require healthcare providers to report vaccinations of adults aged 19 and over to the department of health or a  regional “health information organization,” essentially instituting a statewide vaccine database.

• A2240, or S45, would require flu vaccines for children attending daycare.

• A8398 would eliminate religious exemptions for certain students and limit medical exemptions by local governments.

• A3192, or S3041, would allow children 14 and over to consent to vaccination, regardless of parental consent.

• A822, or S937, would allow children to be administered STD treatments without parental consent.

Additionally, New York State Assemblyman Patrick Burke (D-Buffalo) has proposed legislation that would allow insurance companies to deny Covid treatment coverage to unvaccinated people.

You won’t see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this information. Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens.

THE soundbite from the article…that the limitation saves lives (sounds like vaccines save lives meme)…and “people are able to defend their home”.

The 2nd amendment is about defending the country from a tyrannical government and we need LCMs for that!

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson said his administration is considering providing unemployment benefits for individuals who are fired over federal COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

Also….Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds on Oct. 29 having signed a bill that guarantees state workers who are trying to obtain a medical or religious exemption to the vaccine the ability to get unemployment benefits if they’re fired for refusing the vaccine.

The decarbonization terraforming of planet Earth is now under way. A new project has already been launched that will install mega machines across five U.S. states to harvest “life molecules” out of the atmosphere in an effort to shut down photosynthesis and unleash global food crop failures that destroy human civilization.

Farmland is already being seized in Iowa via eminent domain to build the mechanical infrastructure that will render Earth’s atmosphere inhospitable to plant life, animal life and human life, if it is allowed to continue to operate.  Landowners will be compensated for the use of their sub-surface geology, which is also called pore space. Which they will want to do because they will be paid highly.  After the disruption to build the pipeline, they can resume their farming and continue to get paid for their underground rights.

CARBON CAPTURING AND SEQUESTRATION TECHNOLOGY (CCS)

Carbon capturing and sequestration (CCS) technology captures carbon emissions produced by agricultural processes (like ethanol production) before they reach the atmosphere. The captured greenhouse gases are then processed and compressed into a liquid form that can be safely transported to a sequestration site, where the CO2 is securely and permanently injected approximately a mile underground beneath thick layers of rock with continued monitoring. After injection, the CO2 will remain trapped beneath the caprock and begin to dissolve and mineralize.

Because sequestration occurs deep underground, far below water resources used by communities and farms, landowners’ use of the land will remain unchanged. Landowners will be compensated for the use of their sub-surface geology, which is also called pore space.

.VLA Comment: This is a must watch…While the United States has about 4% of the Rare Earth mineral market, China has upward of 80% of the world market and thus dominates battery production, micro chips and components. Marjorie Taylor Green explains, very clearly, that China dominates the world’s rare minerals and thus batteries for electric vehicles. In this bill the Democrats are spending billions of dollars for excess charging stations across the United States to force electric cars and trucks on the population. While the United States has about 4% of the Rare Earth mineral market and thus battery components, China has upward of 80% of the world market.

China will own the United States if these bills are passed. As we know, China has more intelligence on the corruption of the Biden family than anyone in the world…and apparently, using this leverage as one prong of their strategy, they are poised to overtake the US…as corrupt as it has become on its own.

As the United States is forced to leave “ever renewable” (due to the natural cycles of birth and death) fossil fuels behind by this Climate Change, New Green Deal legislation and thus become reliant on high tech chips and such technological materials that depend on rare earth minerals whose market is absolutely dominated by China, these self driving electric trucks and robots will eventually replace American workers and workers world wide.

“House Bill 1235 states that ‘No public or nonpublic post secondary educational institutions may mandate any immunizations for school entry. A public or private post secondary educational institution may request any student to submit medical records. No educational institution may use coercive means to require immunization’.”

“The bill would make it a Class 1 misdemeanor for ‘any educational institution, medical provider, or person to compel another to submit to immunization,’ according to the bill text.”

“’Every person has the inalienable right to bodily integrity, free from any threat or compulsion that the person accepts any medical intervention, including immunization. No person may be discriminated against for refusal to accept an unwanted medical intervention, including immunization,’ the bill states.”
