VLA Comment on Solution: It appears that the momentum is great and that 5G is already installed in many places worldwide. In the vaccine issue we have never been able to effect change in the establishment but we have been able to wake parents up to the dangers of vaccines to which they had the alternative to request a religious exemption in the majority of states and a conscientious objection in other states. However, California removed all exemptions except medical which is near impossible to get. Hence, in California no child is allowed to get an education in public or private schools without being fully vaccinated. Without the exemptions all children will be assaulted by nearly 80 vaccinations by the time they graduate high school. However, what I have come to realize is that debilitating the population from birth is simply a prelude to the 5 G Beast which will kill us all and destroy humanity, leading to the open door of TRANSHUMANISM. The warning of Rudolf Steiner, who stated in the early 1900s that there will come a time when vaccines would preclude the ability to think spiritually has come to pass. The only solution is to raise one’s individual frequency through daily and regular meditation, Apparently, the Ahrimanic and Luciferian eighth sphere frequency can not penetrate or degrade this higher frequency and so when we shuffle off this mortal coil we will be rather automatically prevented from slipping into the eighth demonic sphere (namely hell). Johns Hopkins, Bristol-Myers must face $1 billion syphilis infections suit
(Reuters) – A federal judge in Maryland said The Johns Hopkins University, Bristol-Myers Squibb Co (BMY.N) and the Rockefeller Foundation must face a $1 billion lawsuit over their roles in a 1940s U.S. government experiment that infected hundreds of Guatemalans with syphilis.
In a decision on Thursday, U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang rejected the defendants’ argument that a recent Supreme Court decision shielding foreign corporations from lawsuits in U.S. courts over human rights abuses abroad also applied to domestic corporations absent Congressional authorization.
Chuang’s decision is a victory for 444 victims and relatives of victims suing over the experiment, which was aimed at testing the then-new drug penicillin and stopping the spread of sexually-transmitted diseases.

In February 2018, the FDA and CDC approved the recommendation for a new hepatitis B vaccine, Heplisav-B targeting adults over the age of 18. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had twice rejected the application for licensure for Heplisav-B in the past four years because of safety signals. Heplisav-B differs from other licensed hepatitis B vaccines in that it contains a new synthetic adjuvant known as cytosine phosphoguanine 1018 (CpG 1018) composed of short synthetic DNA molecules. In 2016, the FDA rejected an application for licensure for the Heplisav-B vaccine, because the agency was concerned about an increased rate of heart attacks and deaths in people who had been given the vaccine. During the trial, approximately 14 subjects had heart attacks. In July 2017, the FDA committee convened to re-evaluate the scientific evidence and make a decision on whether Heplisav B should or should not be approved for use in the U.S. This committee had only one cardiologist on the team, Milton Packer, MD, who is a distinguished scholar in cardiovascular science at the Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. According to Dr. Packer, it was possible that the Heplisav B vaccine’s novel adjuvant was related to the higher number of heart attacks in study participants who received the experimental vaccine. He stated: “To know if the 7 -1 heart attack imbalance represented a real risk, we’d need comparative data in 50,000 people.” However, the only way to conduct such a large trial would be to approve the vaccine and see what happens in the public. With Dr. Packer abstaining in his vote to recommend the vaccine, the FDA committee approved it anyway. Dr. Packer stated: “Why did I abstain? Based on the available data, it was impossible for anyone to know if the increase in heart attack risk was real. There is a simple rule in life: if you don’t know, you should say you don’t know.” The vaccine is now available to the public, and all those who receive it are basically guinea pigs to find out if heart attacks will result from the experimental vaccine, and if it will continue to have FDA approval.

The answer to the third question to compensate attorneys, even when their clients were not compensated by the NVICP, is a devilish debate and where the special masters try to hold a hammer over the attorneys.
I wonder how many times the following statement has been whispered or inferred within the discussion of attorney fees, “You must play ball, or we will not compensate you for your work now and possibly in the future?” The statute allows for payment, yet the devil is in the details.
Within the NVICP, attorneys shall be compensated for fees and expenses when a client is successful with their petition for compensation from an injury or death. [6]
When a petitioner is not successful, the Special Masters can award attorney fees and expenses at their discretion. [7]
And this is where it gets very tricky, and recently, this is where we start to lose our ability to obtain legal counsel to represent our claims within the NVICP.
The Special Master uses his/her discretion to award fees using the Good Faith and Reasonable Basis standard.
