Inflammation is associated with down regulations of hepatic and extrahepatic CYP enzymes drug metabolism.

The CYP represent a superfamily of enzymes with a key role in the activation or inactivation of a plethora of therapeutic agents. CYP enzymes are involved in the metabolism of xenobiotic substances. Cytochromes present intra- or interindividual and intra- or interethnic genetic polymorphisms. Variations in the pharmacokinetic drug profile are linked to the rising toxicity following a declining metabolism, reduced efficacy of the drug, adverse drug interaction, and increasing production of toxic metabolites. The high-metabolic rate of the intestinal microbiota is due to its many enzymes which catalyze reactions in phase I and II drug metabolism. In case of a compromised intestinal barrier, there may be an increase in paracellular passive absorption.

It is evident that high-microbial abundance following intestinal disturbances, environment, aging, or food-associated diseases promotes the microbial metabolism of a drug before absorption.

An attorney in the FDA Chief Counsel’s office regarding a court order to FDA made this really shocking statement, “Jonathan, the FDA will never abide by the Pearson decision.”2

Despite Jonathan’s noting it was a final and binding decision—an order of the court—the FDA attorney said, “That may be so, but I am telling you the FDA will never abide by that court decision, never, ever.”3   Emord tells us, “His words pierced to the very core of my being. Here was an agency’s legal officer telling me that the agency was, intentionally, lawless.”

While child mortality progressively declined across all countries, mortality in the US has been higher than in peer nations since the 1980s. From 2001 to 2010 the risk of death in the US was 76 percent greater for infants and 57 percent greater for children ages 1–19.

A rogue industry out of control due to the U.S. Congress in 1986 bailing out the pharmaceutical industry because of a ‘boatload’ of lawsuits against their vaccines. Big Pharma threatened not to make any more vaccines, if it didn’t get product liability legal exemptions for damages from their vaccines.

It’s rather interesting that Big Pharma wanted, threatened and obtained their vaccine exemptions, but humans, parents, children and pets cannot have exemptions!  What happened to a level playing field?

As a result, the pharmaceutical industry is falling all over itself in a rush to produce close to 300 new vaccines. Does that mean the CDC/FDA will mandate a vaccine a day for everyone in the USA?  That should be considered criminal: Injecting neurotoxins which have not been tested for safety when given in combinations of up to nine vaccines at one time, especially to 4 and 6 month old babies!

Activist Post: Cytochrome P450 and Vaccine Excipients-poisons that cannot be metabolized by children under 3yrs

The human cytochrome P450 (CYP) superfamily comprises 57 genes. These genes code for enzymes that can have a role in: metabolism of drugs, foreign chemicals, arachidonic acid and eicosanoids; cholesterol metabolism and bile-acid biosynthesis; steroid synthesis and metabolism; vitamin D(3) synthesis and metabolism; retinoic acid hydroxylation; and those of still unknown function. Cytochrome P450 was once believed to be mainly a hepatic drug detoxication system, but is now understood to include a myriad of enzymic reactions implicated in important life processes. Mutations in many CYP genes cause inborn errors of metabolism and contribute to many clinically relevant diseases. [2]

Question:  Are metabolism differences in CYP genes the cause of many vaccine adverse reactions, especially brain encephalopathy that precipitates Autism and other clinically relevant diseases in infants, toddlers and even adults?  Was that the reasoning why a Vaccine Court Master awarded Hannah Poling’s Autism claim $1.5 million plus ongoing $500,000 per year for life [4]?  READ MORE…

NOTE: The last measles death in the United States occurred in 2015

Nowadays, due to the vastly improved nutrition and hygiene, compared to the mid-19th century when large numbers of children died with measles because (due to under-nutrition) their livers were not adequately developed, measles has become a mostly two day event causing little stress to the child provided that the measles is allowed to proceed at its intended age.

Parents will note that their children have gone through a major emotional development and become much more balanced as well as finally getting their own faces.

In some Third World countries, such as Bangladesh, where chronic under-nutrition, as in 19th century Europe, is still rife, considerable numbers of children die because their livers are not adequately developed for the measles process, thus adding further support to the postulate expressed here.

STUDY SHOWS: 6X more shedding and spreading of flu from the vaccinated

6.3 (95% CI 1.9–21.5) times more aerosol shedding among cases with vaccination in the current and previous season compared with having no vaccination in those two seasons.

The latest addition to this growing body of literature is found in a newly published article titled, “Infectious Virus Exhaled In Breath Of Symptomatic Seasonal Flu Cases,” published in PNAS (Proceedings of the National Academy of Science).

The study found that flu carriers exhale significant quantities of infectious influenza virus, and that counter intuitively, sneezing is rare and not important for influenza virus aerosolization; nor is coughing required to transmit these particles. Simply breathing will do. Additionally, the study found that males shed influenza viruses in greater quantity than females through fine aerosols, and women cough more frequently. READ MORE..

The Obama administration’s FCC launched the Spectrum Frontiers rules to mandate 5G rollout as a “national priority.” In the rules, we find a disturbing initiative; that is, technology will drive policy rather than vice versa. Wheeler stated this in no uncertain terms. In other words, the private telecommunications industrial complex is being given precedence over elected legislators, including Congressional leaders who voice deep concerns about 5G’s threats. It also has precedence over the warnings voiced by the medical, health and environmental agencies.

“…the Act takes away the authority of town, city, and county councils to rule against 5G stations and cell tower installments. And if towns vote to prevent a 5G tower being erected near a school or children’s park, or a crowded neighborhood, the companies have the right to sue”.

However, the 5G race actually goes back to the Clinton White House. In 1996, Clinton foolishly handed over to the telecommunications industry carte blanche power over state and local governments to install 5G technologies. The Telecommunications Act (TCA) is a dismal piece of legislation. It is another incident where Clinton was a far more loyal enabler to private corporate interests instead of the public. Clinton’s TCA decrees that no health or environmental concern can interfere with telecom installations. It gives full power to the FCC to regulate telecom EMF’s health effects, yet the FCC is not a health agency nor are there any biomedical experts in the FCC. The CDC reported in 2018 that 7,111 students have autism; 8,992 preschool children have developmental delays. Students with autism cost Colorado schools $96 million annually.

In his Letter to the Editor, March 20, “Diagnosis of autism increasing, not the condition itself,” the author “Dr.” Gene I. Katz is neither an MD nor credentialed to assess the autism epidemic.  His website shows an MS degree in Counseling, University of Phoenix and certification in Sexology.  Mr. Katz promotes erroneous notions that the increase in autism is merely better diagnosing or changes in diagnostic criteria.

DSM-IV was in place from 2000 to 2013, while autism in Colorado schools increased from 338 students to 5,774 students using the same diagnostic criteria. “Better diagnosis” cannot explain the 17-fold increase using the same DSM diagnostic criteria for 13 years. CO Dept. of Ed’s government data reports that since 1992, Colorado student population grew by 49% while autism increased by over 400%. That is 17 Colorado students with autism were reported in 1992 and the CDE reported that 7805 students in 2018 have autism. Students with autism cost Colorado schools $96 million annually.

Colorado is not alone. The Philly Inquirer reports Apr. 11th: Autism spectrum disorder rates in New Jersey 4-year-olds rose by 43 percent in four years…”It’s very likely that the next time we survey autism… the rate will be even higher,” said Walter Zahorodny, associate professor of pediatrics at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School…The increases appear to reflect actual growth in the rate of children with autism, not just more diagnoses, according to Zahorodny.

Let’s promote more research and funding for autism and stop denying its real increase!
