House Intelligence Committee chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., has also sent letters to Google and Facebook, in which he accuses the companies of enabling distribution of misinformation about vaccines that “discourages parents from vaccinating their children.” According to Schiff’s website:11
“Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), sent a letter to Sundar Pichai and Mark Zuckerberg, the Chief Executive Officers of Google and Facebook, respectively, to express concern that the company’s platforms including YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, are surfacing and recommending information that discourages parents from vaccinating their children, contributing to declining vaccination rates which could reverse progress made in tackling vaccine-preventable diseases.
“During the measles outbreak in California in 2015, a large number of suspected cases occurred in recent vaccines. Of the 194 measles virus sequences obtained in the United States in 2015, 73 were identified as vaccine sequences.”
Despite evidence showing there are gaps in vaccine science and that the safety of the early childhood vaccine schedule has not been clearly established,4,5,6,7 and despite evidence showing measles disease outbreaks also may involve vaccine reactions, there’s an ongoing effort to simply shut down all public discussion about vaccines and their side effects.
For example, California state Sen. Dr. Richard Pan, D-Sacramento, is now urging U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams to push mandatory vaccinations to the top of the public health agenda. In a letter to Adams, Pan wrote:8,9
“Our nation requires your leadership to stop this attack on our nation’s health by addressing the spread of vaccine misinformation causing unwarranted vaccine hesitancy and recommending policies that restore community immunity which protects our children and the most vulnerable among us …
As we just celebrated Presidents’ Day, I would recall George Washington mandated smallpox inoculation of his army during the Revolutionary War to ensure our country’s freedom. I call on you to protect our right as Americans to be free of preventable diseases in our own community.”

Letter to Senator Lisa Murkowski Regarding HELP Hearing “Vaccines Save Lives”

February 28, 2019
Senator Lisa Murkowski
522 Hart Senate Office Building
Washington, DC 20510
Re: HELP Hearing, “Vaccines Save Lives”
Dear Senator Murkowski,
EXCERPT
Fact #1. Vaccines are dangerous
Under federal law, vaccines are legally classified by Congress itself as “unavoidably UNSAFE products.” [1] That’s because there is nothing safe about injecting children, pregnant women, or elderly people with cell and DNA fragments from aborted male and female fetuses, human serum albumin, fetal bovine serum, monkey and canine kidney proteins, egg protein, chick embryo cells and fibroblasts, milk-derived raw materials, aluminum, mercury, formaldehyde, sodium chloride, neomycin, and polysorbate 80. [2]
Newer vaccines also include genetically modified ingredients and next generation vaccines are intended to permanently alter human DNA and the human genome. [3] [4]
As of November, 2018, the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has paid out more than $4 billion for vaccine-related injuries and deaths. [5]
Fact #2. Reduction in infectious disease does not equal improved health

TROUBLING DISCOVERY: DEEP OCEAN SCAVENGERS RIDDLED WITH “PLASTICS”
The world produces an estimated 10 tons of plastic a second, and between 5 million and 14 million tons sweep into the oceans every year. Some of that debris washes up on beaches, even on the world’s most isolated islands. About 5 trillion pieces currently float in surface waters, mostly in the form of tiny, easy-to-swallow fragments that have ended up in the gut of albatrosses, sea turtles, plankton, fish, and whales. But those pieces also sink, snowing into the deep sea and upon the amphipods that live there.
Brooks eventually found plastic fibers and fragments in 72 percent of the amphipods that the team collected, from all six trenches that they had surveyed. In the least polluted of these sites, half of the amphipods had swallowed at least one piece of plastic. In the 6.8-mile-deep Mariana Trench, the lowest point in any ocean, all of the specimens had plastic in their gut.
New Supercharged Shingles Vaccine Has Serious Problems
Since its approval in October of 2017, Shingrix vaccine has overshadowed the older Zostavax vaccine produced by Merck, which had been the only shingles vaccine available in the U.S. for more than a decade. Shingrix is reported to be up to 90 percent effective in preventing the development of shingles, compared to an estimated 50 percent effectiveness for Zostavax.3
In June, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) published a report discussing a significant number of administrative errors and serious injuries associated with the new shingles vaccine.4
FROM DR. BROWNSTEIN:
I have written about the failure of the older vaccine-Zostavax—for many years in both my blog posts and my Natural Way to Health Newsletter. In those articles, I show you that Zostavax fails nearly 99% who take it. Naturally, anything that fails 99% who take it, should not be prescribed.
SKEWED DATA:
The ARR for this study can be calculated here: 3%-0.08%=2.9%. Therefore, a more appropriate determination of the effectiveness of Shingrix is that it is 2.9% effective at preventing shingles for a median of 3.1 years (the length of the study). And, a true statement about Shingrix is that it takes 34 people to be vaccinated with Shingrix (1/2.9%) to prevent one case of shingles. That means the drug failed 33 out of 34 who took it which is a 97% failure rate!
NATURALLY TREATMENT:
Yes, shingles is a horrible illness. I had it a year ago. A great treatment for shingles is ozone injections into the nerve root where shingles is occurring. It works nearly every time if it is done within a few days of the onset of the illness. Also, taking vitamin C (5-10,000mg/day) and L-lysine (1,000mg three times per day) helps.
So, Shingrix is certainly better than Zostavax since Zostavax fails 99% who take it. READ MORE...
Supreme Court Decision on Civil Forfeiture
Supreme Court Deliver Smackdown on Civil Asset Forfeiture
The ruling is a big win for property rights. Civil asset forfeiture is a widespread and unjust practice that often affects the most vulnerable people in American society.
“For good reason, the protection against excessive fines has been a constant shield throughout Anglo-American history: Exorbitant tolls undermine other constitutional liberties,” Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg wrote. “Excessive fines can be used, for example, to retaliate against or chill the speech of political enemies. . . . Even absent a political motive, fines may be employed in a measure out of accord with the penal goals of retribution and deterrence.”
IOWA and OREGON 2019: Legislation to mandate Govt.home surveillance and vaccination for homeschoolers
Oregon Governor Kate Brown has submitted a 2-year budget proposal to the Oregon state legislature that would require “universal home visits for new parents.” See:
Oregon to Become First State to Mandate Universal Home Visits of All Families with Newborn Children
When the program is complete, every new parent — this includes adoptions — would receive a series of two or three visits by someone like a nurse or other health care practitioner.
The visits could include basic health screenings for babies; hooking parents up with primary care physicians; linking them to other services; and coordinating the myriad childhood immunizations that babies need. (Emphasis added.)
IOWA BILLS 2019 (Read summaries)
In Iowa, HF 272, sponsored by State Representative Mary Mascher, would require families to submit proof of their child’s required immunizations, and require health and wellness checks of families who engage in independent private instruction or private instruction. Unlike HF 182, another bill Mascher filed this session related to homeschooling, that eliminates independent private instruction HF 272 keeps the phrase “independent private instruction” in the Iowa Code, but requires families selecting that option to submit the same form that was required under competent private instruction. HF 272 requires health and wellness checks of families who engage in independent private instruction or private instruction.
The bill reads, “The board of directors of a school district shall conduct quarterly home visits to check on the health and safety of children located within the district who are receiving independent private instruction or private instruction.”
The bill also states that these home visits “shall take place in the child’s residence with the consent of the parent, guardian, or legal custodian and an interview or observation of the child may be conducted.” READ MORE…
Update: There is an identical bill, HF 100, by State Representative Bruce Hunter (D-Des Moines) that was introduced late January. This bill was co-sponsored by State Representatives Mascher, Jeff Kurtz (D-Ft. Madison), and Vicki Lensing (D-Iowa City).
Homeschool dad sues federal government for kidnapping his 7 children… medical tyranny run amok (2017)
A little over two years ago, Hal Stanley and his wife Michelle learned the hard way about how CPS views parents who defy the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) pharmaceutical mandate for treating sick children. When the couple was found to be harboring a dietary supplement known as miracle mineral solution, or MMS, in their home — MMS is not FDA-approved — armed law enforcement and CPS officials raided the home and kidnapped seven of the family’s home-schooled children.
For no other reason than simply to punish the family for possessing a substance that is known to cure serious conditions like AIDS and cancer — because the FDA hates natural cures, after all — state officials abducted the Stanley children at gunpoint and illegally held them for months on frivolous charges, this being the subject of the new lawsuit. THE LEGISLATORS’ WELL-BEING ACT OF 2020
The Legistators’ Well-being Act of 2020
With the exception of several industries like teachers, health
care professionals, hospital workers no other industry has yet to conform with the HHS Adult Immunization Plan that has already been rolled out, with success, in these initial industries. Senior Legislators and legislator nearing senior status are particularly at risk. Additionally, mandating vaccination to state representatives will provide an excellent model for the consumer thereby giving compelling support for the NVP initiative to meet Healthy People 2020 targets. This bill will require that all Iowa State Legislators over the age of 50 receive the basic 3 prophylactic vaccines, flu, shingles, and pneumonia, or submit proof that they have already been vaccinated. The flu shot vaccination will be required every year and booster of shingles
and pneumonia given as needed. This bill also gives authority to the Iowa Dept. of Health to mandate other vaccines to legislators if it feels it is necessary during an outbreak of a disease and/or to maintain the health of the legislative body for any reason. PREAMBLE and text

VLA COMMENT: Unfortunately there is no penalty for not providing documents. Note: The 1986 National Vaccine Injury Compensation law also did not provide penalties for reporting Adverse Events for VAERS. Therefore healthcare professionals do not provide reporting and hence VAERS is 90 -99% under reported
Iowa Legislator Well Being Act 2020
PREAMBLE:
Vaccination is considered one of the most important public health achievements of the 20th century and continues to offer great promise in the 21st century. Vaccines save lives and improve the quality of life by preventing serious infectious diseases and their consequences. However, the benefits of vaccination are not realized equally across the U.S. population. Adult vaccination rates remain low in the United States. While the National Vaccine Plan (https://www.hhs.gov/sites/default/files/nvpo/national-adult-immunization-plan/naip.pdf) provides a vision for improving protection from vaccine-preventable diseases across the lifespan, vaccination coverage levels among adults are not on track to meet Healthy People 2020 targets. The National Vaccine Advisory Committee and numerous stakeholder groups have emphasized the need for focused attention on adult vaccines and vaccination.
On the basis that State legislators are in leadership and represent an important sector of workforce: All members should be present and in good health to represent their districts on very important critical matters to the people and the state. The fact that legislators are in contact with many adults who are unvaccinated, due to the lack of mandates in the adult population, puts them at risk. With the exception of several industries like teachers, health care professionals, hospital workers no other industry has yet to conform with the HHS Adult Immunization Plan that has already been rolled out, with success, in these initial industries. This bill also gives authority to the Iowa Dept. of Health to mandate other vaccines to legislators if it feels it is necessary during an outbreak of a disease and/or to maintain the health of the legislative body for any reason. It is required that prior to vaccination, the Health Dept of Iowa provides each legislator with the following documents:
In the State of Iowa, prior to administrating a vaccine, a health care facility, health care provider, educational facility or hospital is required to provide to all patients, patient’s parent or guardian, employees, potential employees, and students, the following documents
