Abstract

Introduction: A Research Analyst insider reports findings that the Universal Varicella Vaccination Program alters the epidemiology of herpes zoster (shingles); and details ways in which the CDC, in collusion with the Los Angeles Department of Health Services (LADHS)—the Acute Communicable Disease Control unit—apparently manipulated data to conceal unwanted outcomes that supported an immunologically-mediated link between varicella and herpes zoster(HZ) epidemiology.

The only reason that “children who get the chickenpox vaccine APPEAR to have a much lower risk of shingles” is that the live vaccine has provided these children with a recent boost to their immunity. However, the vaccine-strain of varicella zoster virus (VZV)–also known as the Oka strain–is genetically different from the wild-type U.S. strain. When a vaccinated child is exposed to an adult with shingles or a child with wild-type varicella, if the strains are sufficiently heterologous, the vaccinated child will break out in chickenpox. It is also possible for the weakened vaccine-strain to revert to a more virulent strain that manifests wild-type pathology. This means when children are exposed to the wild-type strain, even though they may not have a breakthrough infection with chickenpox, they now harbor two heterologous (genetically different) strains of VZV–both of which are at a later time subject to reactivation as shingles. Thus, as they age, they will be even more likely to reactivate with shingles (unless periodically administered booster vaccine doses for life in order to maintain the immunity)–especially if they do not receive exogenous (outside) boosts to their cell-mediated immunity which, in the pre-vaccine era, came from expostures to other children infected with wild-type varicella which provided the adult with a subclinical boost that helped to suppress or postpone reactivattion of shingles.

I would also like to clear up the point that shingles has always been increasing–even prior to the licensing of the varicella vaccine. This statement is true; however, the increases were on the order of 2 to 4% per year (which were likely due to an aging population, or greater access to healthcare). Once a community had widespread distribution of varicella vaccine, increases in herpes zoster were on the order of 20% per year. For example, this source [Yih WK, Brooks DR, Lett SM, et al. Five months ago, I received a phone call from my OB-GYN informing me I had abnormal cells on my cervix and that a loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) would be necessary to remove the cells and prevent cervical cancer.

After my surgery and during my research, a doctor  explained to me that the “cervix brain connection is severed [during a LEEP], and that results in the inability to transfer critical sensory afferent information from the cervix to the critical brain areas.”

The research study found that female brains typically harvest “male microchimerism.”

Or, to put it simply; they found the existence of male DNA that stemmed from other individuals.

These cells are genetically unique from those that make up the “host” female.

On 17 February 2016, this report continues, then US presidential candidate Donald Trump vowed to his tens-of-millions of supporters that if elected “you will find out who really knocked down the World Trade Center”—as with his being one of the world’s most accomplished builders of skyscraper buildings, he knew the impossibility of the World Trade Center buildings being brought down by crashed planes.

In the “Deep State’s” worst nightmare come true, however, this report says, Trump actually became president, thus insuring his being able to not only view the FBI’s kept secret 84 surveillance tapes of a cruise missile hitting the Pentagon, but his, also, being able to keep his promise to the American people and tell them the truth about happened on 9/11—and whose sustained and withering “Deep State” attacks on him to keep him from doing so can be summoned up the words of one of his closest advisors, Michael Caputo—who in stripping away the “fake news” stories of “Russian collusion”, payments to porn stars, and everything else, stated the true, and very frightening facts of what’s now occurring:

They want to destroy the president; they want to destroy his family. They want to destroy his businesses.

They want to destroy his friends so that no billionaire in let’s say 50 years wakes up and tells his wife, “You know this country is broken and only I can fix it.”

His wife will say, “Are you crazy? Did you see what happened to Donald Trump and everybody around him?”

According to the Gardasil 9 package insert, 1,028 women who were injected with Gardasil 9 became pregnant during the course of the clinical trials along with 991 women who had been injected with Gardasil. Overall, 14.1% of the Gardasil 9 women suffered adverse outcomes while 17.0% of the Gardasil women suffered the same fate. The Violence Inducing Effects of Psychiatric Medication

Psychiatric medications have some dangerous, often-overlooked side effects, which could include suicide and homicide.

On May 17, 2017, we learned that Chris Cornell of Soundgarden had reportedly committed suicide by hanging. His family reports knowing a different Chris than one who would make this fatal decision, and suspect his anti-anxiety prescription in the altered state he was witnessed to be in the night he died. Perhaps an “addict turned psychiatric patient”, like so many, Chris Cornell seemed to have left the frying pan of substance abuse for the fire of psychiatric medication risks.

According to available data – 3 large meta-analyses – more psychiatric treatment means more suicide.[10] [11] [12]

Clarification of who is covered under the 1986 National Vaccine Injury Compensation Act

To clarify a few aspects for anyone who is still unclear on the court/compensation bifurcation of the 1986 Act:  Tom Stavola “Freedom and Ethics Alliance”

1. Any vaccine recommended for routine administration for children, or adults and children, is “covered” (must go through the NVICP). Shingles/Herpes Zoster vaccine is adult recommended only, and so one can utilize the court systems for this vaccine.
2. In order to sue in state courts, one must first use the NVICP. After the program has made a decision, the petitioner can choose to sue in state court. However, the 2011 Supreme Court Bruesewitz V. Wyeth – the unavoidably unsafe case – precludes petitioners from suing vaccine manufacturers for product design defects, even after going through the NVICP. One can; however, sue the vaccine manufacturer for fraud, for example.
3. In order to sue doctors in state courts, one must first use the NVICP, then you may decide to sue in state court with one of two claims: 1) medical malpractice; or 2) lack of informed consent. It’s typically almost impossible to be successful with either claim; however, you may have a slightly higher probability of winning “lack of informed consent” if one wasn’t provided the Vaccine Information Statement.
4. The 21st Century Cures Act pushes all claims related to death of unborn child into the NVICP, since this was a legal loophole prior to 2016 (which many were capitalizing on).
5. The proposal for amending the Vaccine Injury Table essentially allows the CDC – as Wayne mentioned heretofore – to direct any new recommended vaccines for pregnant women onto the Vaccine Injury Table. Thus, there will be no opportunity to sue in state court for new recommended vaccines, but if one experiences an adverse event that falls into the strict constraints of the vaccine injury table, your probability of compensation is significantly increased. Of course, for any non-table injury, proof of causation is much more arduous.

VLA Comment:  The 1986 act gave immunity to all vaccine providers and directed compensation claims to special masters at the vaccine court.  The funding for compensation and court comes from an excise tax to the consumer per vaccine.  In other words those who are potentially harmed are paying into the fund.  It is not funded by the manufacturers or government.

In developed countries, the schedules of mandatory and recommended vaccination for children contain more and more components with a specific emphasis on the co-administration of multiple antigens in combined form. This direction on the one hand provides many benefits and on the other carries an increased risk of side effects, the immunopathogenesis of which is not fully explained in many cases [1]. A postvaccinal complication (PC) is associated with an excessive or pathological reaction with the characteristics of postvaccinal disease, which in extreme cases can lead to permanent damage, threat to life or even death [3]. Complications affecting the nervous system raise the most controversy; the more so, as the children subjected to vaccination are healthy.
