Parent loses on Appeal in New York: Verdict: The government can vaccinate you children without your consent during Pandemics “as it stands, this decision states that the Federal Government can trump any State Law during what it considers a “public health emergency” and then inoculate or give pharmaceuticals to children as young as kindergarten age, with no consent from the parents, all in the name of “public health safety.”
LIAR, LIAR: “PREP also created the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, which handles claims by individuals who suffer adverse reactions to devices, medications or therapies that have been recommended for use in public health emergencies, the decision notes”. Comment: Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program does not exist. It was just put in place – never was funded. I wonder if the attorneys know? Also…the PREP act contained language that suspended immunity in the case of gross negligence and willful misconduct. However, the HHS secretary and the Attorney General Holder took the substantive section (gross negligence) out when they languaged it into law. Yet it was voted by all the Congressman…just dropped out after it fully passed.

Nullification victories: 2012 Election -10 States nullify Federal powers
Barack Obama won the presidential election. But, the people of six states voted to take their freedom without federal “permission.”
In ten states – Colorado, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Massachusetts and Alabama – voters had a chance to resist DC and approve ballot initiatives which would nullify unconstitutional federal acts. Six of them passed. And here’s a brief rundown of each: For example:
1. Montana, Referendum 122
LR-122 is an act “prohibiting the state or federal government from mandating the purchase of health insurance.” It also prohibits the imposition of “penalties for decisions related to the purchase of health insurance coverage.”
2. Colorado, Amendment 64
Section 3 allows the “personal use and regulation of marijuana” for adults 21 and over. Section 4 addresses legal commercial cultivation, manufacture, and sale. The intent is that marijuana be regulated in a manner similar to alcohol.

Nov. 3, 2012 Updates: Excerpts: Mark Williams, general manager for external affairs of Sagittarius Mines Inc, Xstrata’s local unit, told reporters Thursday that it expected Aquino to meet a government-imposed deadline for giving the project’s go-ahead.
But presidential spokesman Ricky Carandang said the timetable would likely not be met because the person overseeing the government’s review, Interior Secretary Jesse Robredo, died in a plane crash last month. Sagittarius (local unit) has plowed $350 million on the $5.9 billion Tampakan project, which it describes as one of the world’s largest undeveloped copper-gold deposits. If allowed to proceed, Williams said it would generate $7.2 billion in tax revenues for the Philippine government over 20 years.
