1) Stand off the school property at end of school day when kids are getting out of school. Roll out the sticker roll so that 10 show at a time and say “Hey kids do you want some free stickers”
2) Give 10 at a time and ask them to “share”.
3) Give a roll to any eager student who wants to pass them out.
4) Ask if anyone has ADHD? Tell them it is the vaccines
5) Get the press to cover it
6) kids will put these on their school books, bikes, skate boards

At the state level, the legal authority to require immunization rests on states’ 10th Amendment “police powers,” which can be used to effectively convert public health recommendations into legally enforceable obligations. States can exercise this power directly or delegate their powers to local governments.
Of equally great importance is the role of the federal government. It is the case that the direct regulation of the public’s health is a traditional state function under the 10th Amendment. At the same time, the federal government has enormous powers under the Commerce Clause and the Spending Clause to both attach conditions of participation to federally funded programs as well as to regulate economic activity,31of which health care is viewed as a preeminent example. To this end, federal conditions of participation for the Medicare and Medicaid programs, which currently do not address the immunization status of the health-care workforce, offer another potential basis for establishing minimum safeguards against the transmission of disease in health-care settings, in particular settings in which sick patients reside, such as nursing homes and hospitals.

Some facilities have instituted mandatory employee influenza vaccination programs,9 and one state (NY) has promulgated regulations making seasonal and H1N1 influenza vaccination mandatory.10 However this is being challenged.

It is the first in the nation that government mandates vaccination to private industry. This follows on the heels of SB 277 which has been signed into law. It is amazing to me that the Waldorf schools that purports to follow the Anthroposophical pedagogy has gone so wrong that they would have even accepted students that have surrendered to an errant vaccination policy in the first place. They might have figured a way, a long time ago, a way to educate the applicant parents on Steiner’s position on inoculation to prepare the child for entry. But instead they weakened the rules.
Why hasn’t the world wide Waldorf administration preserved the quality of the the school and committed to a policy in regarding its acceptance of vaccinated children knowing that the overly vaccinated will cause trouble in the classroom due to the loss of an inclination towards spirituality? Clearly they made no effort to prepare applicants about Steiner’s position on immunization early on. And here we are!
Lucifer and Ahriman
Steiner was very clear about the impulses of Lucifer and Ahriman in the evolution of humanity. This clearly had his most fundamental attention in developing an educational system based on spiritual science. He warned that this day would come. The Waldorf schools (as you as you say in UK) has capitulated to the government forces regarding vaccination. In fact and in essence, they misalign themselves with the natural progressive forces of evolution and instead align with Ahriman and Lucifer away from the Christ impulse-a total antithesis of what Dr. Steiner stood for.
