Board of Regents of the American College of Physicians (ACP) Support for eliminating existing exemptions, except for medical reasons, from immunization laws

“Allowing exemptions based on non-medical reasons poses a risk both to the unvaccinated person and to public health,” said Wayne J. Riley, MD, MPH, MBA, MACP, president of ACP, “Intentionally unvaccinated individuals can pose a danger to the public, especially to individuals who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons.”

STANFORD UNIVERSITY

Stanford legal experts say that California’s controversial new vaccination law may serve as a model for other states at a time when vaccination rates are low by historical standards.

“The move represents a stunning victory for public health that affects not only California schoolchildren, but the prospects for strengthening vaccination requirements nationwide,” wrote Michelle Mello and David Studdert, professors in both Stanford’s law and medical schools, in a July 22 New England Journal of Medicine article. Their co-author was Wendy Parmet, a Northeastern University law school professor.

Challengers to the law may also argue that the vaccination law violates a child’s right to education – under the new law, children who do not receive the vaccinations are not allowed to attend school. Read more…

VLA Comment:  This Stanford piece apparently is meant to give the public health establishment state legislators a heads up on the different prongs they will be facing and how to handle them. It is informative for the anti vaccine and liberty movement to read what they are thinking.

Rhode Island to mandate HPV vaccine for all 7th graders

PROVIDENCE — Starting this fall, seventh-graders in all public and private schools will be required to get a vaccine that protects against a sexually transmitted virus linked to various genital cancers, especially cervical cancer in women.

Students who fail to get the vaccine for HPV — or the human papillomavirus — will be precluded from attending school unless their parents seek an exemption for medical or religious reasons. HPV is the most common sexually transmitted virus in the United States.  Read more….

GcMAF: Is this why so many alternative MDs are suddenly dying-alleged suicides & homicides?

Nagalase is an extracellular matrix-degrading enzyme that is secreted by cancerous cells in the process of tumor invasion. It is also an intrinsic component of the envelope protein of various virions, such as HIV and the influenza virus.

The production of Gc-MAF is affected by nagalase (alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminidase) encoded by the gene NAGA. Nagalase affects the Gc protein (vitamin D3 binding protein) which has a knock-on effect blocking the production of Gc-MAF. The more nagalase activity, the less Gc-MAF is a rough-and-ready way to look at it. Less Gc-MAF equates as less macrophage activation according to this logic and some potential onward effects for immune function.

VLA Comment: According to this video the late Dr.Bradstreet & Dr.Gonzalez were working on GcMAF. This video explains the technology and alleges that the vaccines are introducing a protein that is blocking the immune system from functioning. It is claimed here in that these doctors were curing Autism, cancer and inflammatory disease.

The answer may lie in an understanding of nagalese, a protein made by cancer cells and viruses. Nagalese is a primary cause of immunodeficiency given its ability to block the body’s production of GcMAF, otherwise known as “Vitamin D binding microphage activating factor,” a naturally-produced immune regulating compound that aids in fighting what are traditionally considered terminal diseases. Some researchers suggest that nagalese is one of many toxic components found in the immunizations commonly administered to children, including the Measles-Mumps-Rubella vaccine.

Some independently-minded medical practitioners are beginning to acknowledge not only the nagalese-vaccination link, but also that GcMAF possesses great potential for the treatment of cancer and a variety of other illnesses, including autism, inflammation, and viral and bacterial disease.

The most prominent of the seven doctors who’ve been murdered or died under suspicious circumstances is James Jeffrey Bradstreet. As the contents of his blog drbradstreet.org suggest, Dr. Bradstreet has conducted extensive research into the causes of autism. His body was found on June 19 floating in a North Carolina river with a gunshot wound to his chest. Perhaps uncoincidentally, Bradstreet was a strong advocate of GcMAF and had treated over 2,000 autistic children with the substance; 85% exhibited marked improvement under his care.

RE: International death knoll about Monsanto’s Round Up and GMO agriculture

Glyphosate is “definitely genotoxic”, says Prof Chris Portier, a co-author of the report by the World Health Organization’s cancer agency, which classed glyphosate as a probable carcinogen.

Prof Christopher Portier, one of the co-authors of the recent report by the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), which determined that glyphosate is a “probable” carcinogen, said at a scientific briefing today, “Glyphosate is definitely genotoxic. There is no doubt in my mind.”

“Genotoxic” means it damages DNA. At a briefing, Dr Robin Mesnage of the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics at Kings College in London presented data showing Roundup is 1,000 times more toxic than glyphosate alone!  Read more…

SB_277_Signing_Message (full)

VLA Comment: I take this as saying that it is California  “law” that the Dept of Health cannot counter a physicians judgement.

More comment: This model legislation will will proliferate nationally.  Next State legislative session will be overwhelming, especially, New York and Iowa.

Folks Religious Freedom laws are now center stage…opening the gates for our legal teams.  Take this for example:http://www.ijreview.com/2015/06/355349-did-the-gay-marriage-ruling-just-leg…  This article has a few attorneys weighing in.  The article addressed gun permits.  But the arguments, it appears to me, would also apply to the vaccine issue.  AND have you noticed that there is now lots of talk about “religious” freedom that even clerks who issue permits feel they can deny issue a permit because of their own religious beliefs.  What about the nurses who lose their jobs.  However, I digress.  Here is an excerpt:

2. In the majority decision, the judges argue that “certain personal choices central to individual dignity and autonomy” are now protected by Due Process:

5

This is not just an argument for religious waivers as in the language “personal identity and beliefs”  but it could be argued that it is certainly offensive to parents individual dignity that the state should allow underaged children to get vaccines without the parents’ knowledge. And that the state and judges have the authority to force medical treatments on children against the parents’ deeply considered decisions regarding the health of their children.  In this the state implies that parents make choices to harm their children.  This is an effrontery to individual dignity and autonomy.

Introduced in House (05/01/2015)

Vaccinate All Children Act of 2015

This bill amends the Public Health Service Act to prohibit the Department of Health and Human Services from awarding grants to public entities of a state for preventive health service programs unless the state requires each student in public elementary or secondary school to be vaccinated in accordance with the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. The bill provides an exception for students whose health would be endangered by vaccination in the opinion of a physician conforming to the accepted standard of medical care.  Read actual text…
