Importantly, the emergence of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) symptoms post-6 months of age temporally follows the administration of many childhood vaccines. Worldwide, particularly in developing countries, TM is still present at preservative levels in many of the childhood vaccines such as HepB, Hib, DTP, DTwP-HepB-Hib vaccine, and various influenza vaccines [33,34,35]. Many infants, particularly those in the developing world, immunized according to the recommended childhood vaccine schedule, receive about 200 μg of Mercury (Hg) from TM-containing vaccines during the first 6 months of life.

“This looks like the “generation zero” [earliest] version of what came to be fraudulently published n 2003 as the Verstratten et al study in Pediatrics. This “study” was heavily used  the OAP but has pretty much completely disappeared from the CDC website.

Both the Environmental Protection Agency and National Academy of Science state that between 8 to 10% of American women have mercury levels that would render any child they gave birth to neurological disorders. One of six children in the USA have a neurodevelopmental disorder according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

In summary, it appears as if autistics represent a subset of the population that are more susceptible to the toxic effects of mercury and thimerosal because they are not efficient excretors

Researchers at Brown University have concocted a compound that could restore neural functions in children with the rare genetic disorder Angelman syndrome and potentially lead to therapies for other diseases that affect learning and memory. The same mechanics that this compound may mitigate has also been associated with other disorders like schizophrenia, austim spectrum disorders and Rett syndrome, a neurodevelopmental disorder of the grey matter of the brain. Comment by VLA editor…Studies indicate that Angelman’s syndrome may be caused,  in the case of the ARTS program (in-vitro fertilization) by some toxic assault on the egg or by the ovary itself having mutated in the female parent due to childhood vaccines, chemotherapy, or psyche drugs.  Mercury has been in vaccines for generations…mercury was in 15 of the 39 vaccine doses between 1980-2001.  However, mercury was in many mandated vaccines before the 80s.
Although it is easy to test the sperm for genetic mutations, it not usual that the female will have her ovary tested for genetic mutation when trying to conceive. VLA does not know what this compound is…and so cannot endorse its use.

This reviewer knows of no toxicological study where doses of 25 micrograms or more of TM are administered to developing human children that have shown that that such doses of TM were “safe” (nontoxic) or “benign”. Deftly changing the focus away from the known toxicity of “thimerosal”, the writer next states, “there is no evidence that it is harmful” without providing any evidence to support her assertion.Factually, there are more than 150 case and toxicity studies which collectively have established that “thiomersal” is a bioaccumulative toxicant with long-term adverse effects in animals and humans”.
