FOX NEWS: UPDATE on 15 year old locked away for almost a year by DCF.
For years Justina had been diagnosed mitochondrial disease, a relatively newly discovered disease, causing muscle pain and weakness. But her condition was made worse when she caught the flu in February. VLA comment: Mitachondria disorder appears to be an underlying condition in vaccine injury cases. How many vaccines has Justine gotten? Did she get a flu shot…many people come down with the flu after getting the flu shot. Did she get the Gardisal shots? Many kids are being diagnosed as mentally ill but are actually vaccine injured…ADD, ADHD, Bi Polar).
Yet almost immediately after admission, a different set of doctors came in with a different diagnosis, saying Justina had somatoform disorder, a mental problem, not mitochondrial disease. Why are some kids affected more than other? Check this out:What is making out kids psychotic?
When her parents, Lou and Linda, disagreed with the diagnosis and asked to discharge their daughter, security blocked the hospital doors.
Lou even called 911 and Boston Police showed up. But it was too late.
“They came in, and they said we cannot take Justina out of the hospital. They called DCF, and they filed a 51A,” says Linda Pelletier.

The federal government is working on a plan that would mandate black box tracking devices be installed in every vehicle, with real-time uploading of vehicle location, speed and mileage to government authorities. This Orwellian technology is already technically feasible and will be promoted as a way to increase “highway safety” while boosting government revenues from mileage taxation. Read more…
Police Brutality: New Domestic Weapon Blinds Protesters
This peaceful protester was hit in the face, full-force, by a water cannon during the 2010 protest against the Stuttgart 21 rail link. It looks horrendous, he has lost his sight.
The cannon, a custom-built Ziegler Wasserwerfer 9000, was quietly brought in from Northern Ireland ahead of the G8 talks next month. Up to 4,000 officers are being trained to use water cannon, ostensibly so they can work alongside colleagues across the Irish Sea at the talks at the Lough Erne resort at Enniskillen. However, with police and officials close to reaching a deal about the purchase of three cannon for the mainland, the officers’ skills will be invaluable beyond G8.
A fleet of six water cannon was used against stone-throwing mobs during the Ulster Troubles and in the marching season, and the machines are in use on a large scale in Germany, Northern Ireland, Belgium and other parts of Europe. Read more…
Police Checkpoints: 100 mile border around US is established for warrantless searches of citizens
A US federal judge has reaffirmed an Obama administration policy granting officials the authority to search Americans’ laptops, citing a controversial premise that makes citizens within 100 miles of the border eligible for a police check.
District Judge Edward Korman made his ruling in New York on Tuesday, more than three years after the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed suit. The ACLU claimed that – since Americans put so much of their lives on their computers, cell phones, and other devices-border officials should have reasonable suspicion before sifting through someone’s personal files.
Attorneys argued that searches conducted without reasonable suspicion are a violation of the Fourth Amendment, which protects against unreasonable search and seizure.
Not so, according to Judge Korman. In his decision Tuesday he argued that the area 100 miles inland falls under a “border exemption.” Read more…

The negative impacts can be great, he says. “States vary on the age that adolescents are considered adults in the eyes of the criminal law, some as young as age 16 and 17,” he says. “Criminal records that show up in searches can impede employment, reduce access to housing, thwart admission to and financing for higher education and affect civic and volunteer activities such as voting or adoption. Last week, I (Christopher Booker, writer for the Telegraph)investigated a story as shocking in its own way as that which I broke last month about the Italian woman detained in a psychiatric hospital who, on the orders of a secret court, was then forced to undergo a caesarean section so that her baby could be sent by social workers for adoption- Christopher Booker
TO SUMMARIZE THE ABOVE: To summarize, a pregnant Italian woman was sent to Stansted for a training session. She was sectioned under the Mental Health Act after becoming distressed. But worse was to come: By now Essex social services were involved, and five weeks later she was told she could not have breakfast that day. When no explanation was forthcoming, she volubly protested. She was strapped down and forcibly sedated, and when she woke up hours later, found she was in a different hospital and that her baby had been removed by caesarean section while she was unconscious and taken into care by social workers. She was not allowed to see her baby daughter, and later learnt that a High Court judge, Mr Justice Mostyn, had given the social workers permission to arrange for the child to be delivered. In October, at a hearing before another judge, she was represented by lawyers assigned to her by the local authority and told she would be escorted back to Italy without her baby.
Recent case of Mother locked up:
One of the most terrifying weapons our “child protection” system uses against parents wishing to hold on to children who have been forcibly removed is to have them helplessly imprisoned in an asylum, certified under the Mental Health Act, where they can no longer give social workers and other “professionals” any more trouble. The “Plant Reproductive Material Law” regulates all plants. It contains restrictions on vegetables and woodland trees, as well as all other plants of any species. It will be illegal to grow, reproduce, or trade any vegetable seed or tree that has not been been tested and approved by the government, more specifically the “EU Plant Variety Agency.” Read more…This agency will be responsible for making a list of approved plants and an annual fee must also be forwarded to the agency if growers would like to keep what they grow on the list. The new law basically puts the government in charge of all plants and seeds in Europe, and prevents home gardeners from growing their own plants from non-regulated seeds.
