FAA Sets Plan for Allowing Domestic Drones by 2015

The Federal Aviation Administration just published a 74 page plan whereby law enforcement agencies, businesses, universities and hobbyists can begin flying drones in the U.S. by 2015.  Read more…

In the report (pdf), with the lengthy title “Integration of Civil Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) in the National Airspace System Roadmap,” the FAA said that autonomous drones are already being used in disaster response, cargo transport, aerial mapping, and commercial photography. While drones are already buzzing around, the FAA is cautious with allowing wholesale use of the flying machines.

Children are being charged as young as 5 years old. Incidences like a girl scribbling on her desk that can be easily wiped up gets escorted out of the school by the police. Children are feeling paranoid and being arrested and giving citations to appear in court for such acts as pointing a finger at another kids and saying bang. Watch this trailer! In an increasing number of police and police dogs patrol the hallways, children must go through a metal detector to enter the school. The new Federal CORE CURRICULUM (google) being forced on the States; 54 mandated vaccine doses by the time your child is six years old; the subsequent prescription psyche drugs to control behavior that is originally caused by the toxic shock and overreach of a mandated vaccine program along with the fearful and fascist quasi-prison environment-our chronically sick & purposely disturbed children are being dumbed down to the lowest level of compliancy and ill health.

TSA1-articleLargeWhat does all of this have to do with “national security?” The New York Times writes that the “the agency says that the goal is to streamline the security procedures for millions of passengers who pose no risk.” The TSA released the documents detailing the depth of this screening, but has refused to comment publicly.

Apparently, the protection of the “homeland” is not the true purpose of the intrusion; rather it is to persuade travelers to register with the TSA’s “PreCheck” program. By enrolling in “PreCheck,” a person becomes a “trusted traveler.” In order to apply for “PreCheck,” a traveler must submit their biometric fingerprint for registration with an FBI database, submit to a criminal background check, and pay an $85 fee to the TSA for a five-year PreCheck membership. One story on “PreCheck” claims that the TSA may receive as much as $255 million from such fees in 2013.  READ ARTICLES BELOW

Washington DC…Second best decriminalization law besides Alaska

cannabisOctober 25, 2013  D.C. lawmakers took more than 15 years to allow cancer patients to use marijuana for their pain. But over just a few months, city leaders have coalesced around a plan to decriminalize small joints, blunts or bowls full of marijuana in the nation’s capital.
Ten of 13 council members have signed on to a bill to make possession of less than an ounce of marijuana punishable by a fine of no more than $100. On Wednesday, Mayor Vincent C. Gray (D) said for the first time that he supports the idea. And on Thursday, the author of the bill and the office of the attorney general said they could agree to an even smaller, token fine of $25.
Such a move wouldn’t go as far as changes by Colorado and Washington state, where voters have legalized marijuana. Seventeen states also have eliminated jail time for possession in favor of civil finesof up to $1,000. If the bill passes, the District would rank behind only Alaska, which has no fine, as the most forgiving.
