A Florida Congresswoman has introduced legislation that will send chills down the spine of any liberty-loving American.

REQUIREMENT—For a State or a political subdivision or other public entity of a State to be eligible to receive a grant under this section, the applicant shall demonstrate to the Secretary’s satisfaction that, subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), the State requires each student enrolled in one of the State’s public elementary schools or public secondary schools to be vaccinated in accordance with the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.

ADULT VACCINE PLANS: 

CDC has already made plans to begin to include adults in the same coercive net in which children are now becoming bound by using the Affordable Care Act and employers to vaccinate adults according to their National Adult Immunization Plan currently being drafted. VLA Comment:  As we know, the States have the authority over vaccine policy and public schools.  However the US Congress (the Federal level) is attempting to influence the State Legislatures to adopt and enforce compulsory vaccines for all children attending public school if they participant in any federal funding.  (And what state is not taking federal funding?)

Harvard Trained Immunologist Demolishes California Legislation That Terminates Vaccine Exemptions

In summary: 1) due to the properties of modern vaccines, non-vaccinated individuals pose no greater risk of transmission of polio, diphtheria, pertussis, and numerous non-type b H. influenzae strains than vaccinated individuals do, non-vaccinated individuals pose virtually no danger of transmission of hepatitis B in a school setting, and tetanus is not transmissible at all; 2) there is a significantly elevated risk of emergency room visits after childhood vaccination appointments attesting that vaccination is  not risk-free; 3) outbreaks of measles cannot be entirely prevented even if we had nearly perfect vaccination compliance; and 4) an effective method of preventing measles and other viral diseases in vaccine-ineligible infants and the immunocompromised, immunoglobulin, is available for those who may be exposed to these diseases. 

Taken together, these four facts make it clear that discrimination in a public school setting against children who are not vaccinated for reasons of conscience is completely unwarranted as the vaccine status of conscientious objectors poses no undue public health risk. SOTN Editor note:  When the California Senate refuses to consider authoritative scientific evidence which categorically proves the dangerous vaccine side effects on the schoolchildren, something is very wrong. Such conduct by the Senate constitutes criminal action that endangers the lives and welfare of children. Statement by Erdem I. Cantekin, PhD of University of Pittsburgh’s School of Medicine sent as an open letter to The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA):

There is no scientific evidence to justify HBV vaccination before the age when those risk factors associated with the HBV transmission (sex, needles, etc.) become relevant. Recent risk-benefit analysis show HBV vaccination among children carries one of the largest unjustified risks and substantial financial costs, second only to the new controversial conjugate pneumococcal vaccine. (Emphasis added).

The Hepatitis B, or Hep-B (HBV) vaccination has been traced as the source of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) on hundreds of occasions.  So what to do if a hospital pediatrician threatens to take your newborn baby from you if you reject the Hep-B vaccination?

Failure to reach the goal of measles elimination. Apparent paradox of measles infections in immunized person

RESULTS:

We found 18 reports of measles outbreaks in very highly immunized school populations where 71% to 99.8% of students were immunized against measles. Despite these high rates of immunization, 30% to 100% (mean, 77%) of all measles cases in these outbreaks occurred in previously immunized students. In our hypothetical school model, after more than 95% of schoolchildren are immunized against measles, the majority of measles cases occur in appropriately immunized children.
