Cassaundra Brown and Warnell Ludington are caught in desperate fight for their babies with DCFS, the child protective services department in Illinois, over what they believe in their hearts is a misdiagnosis. Cassaundra says, “I can’t even believe this is happening.”
The crux of the twins’ removal from their parents allegedly lies in an accusation of Shaken Baby Syndrome, a diagnosis which is surrounded by growing skepticism by medical experts, and which does not take into account Arianna’s history of medical complications since her birth.

VLA Comment: The good news is that the “innocence project” is onto the Shaken Baby Syndrome. Kent Simmons, in Iowa, just exonerated a parent of a 3 week old. The Innocence Project has office all over the US.
IOWA CITY, Ia. – A judge has found an Iowa man not guilty of shaking and injuring his newborn baby, sharply criticizing a doctor at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics for mishandling the investigation into the child’s injuries.

Evidence continues to mount that points to vaccines as the “mystery” trigger behind SIDS, or sudden infant death syndrome. A recent study published in the journal Acta Neuropathologica, as well as extensive data on vaccination rates and the timing of SIDS cases, suggests that vaccines may be inhibiting the proper development of the hippocampus in some babies, resulting in the various breathing and cardiac failures that lead to SIDS. Interestingly enough, the SIDS study also revealed that the hippocampus abnormalities associated with SIDS tend to emerge right around the time that babies are vaccinated for hepatitis B. As you may recall, the hepatitis B vaccine is associated with causing seizures and epilepsy in some children

We have many independent scientific papers on Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) to prove vaccines (which are noted to call inflammation of the brain and vessels) cause SBS and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. This trial is another blight against justice! We would wish some legal angel would appear and take on an appeal. We would provide as much help as we can via our experts in the subject of vaccines.
In October of 2009, a baby died shortly after being vaccinated with the H1N1 vaccine, and to everyone’s surprise the state coroner ruled that there was no link to the vaccine. In my view, the QPS officers are sufficiently brainwashed to not realize the vaccines are causing the injuries and deaths; and when they investigate and prosecute they rely heavily on “medical evidence” which is significantly influenced by big Pharma, and appear to wish to divest responsibility.

When a medical professional suspects that a baby has been violently shaken, they will examine the baby for the “triad” of injuries associated with SBS. These are subdural haematoma (bleeds inside the brain), retinal haemorrhages (bleeds behind the eyes) and cerebral edema (swelling or inflammation inside the brain). (Christina England, author)

Almost immediately, over-zealous watchdogs created problems for loving families. By 1976, about 35% of all child abuse reports were determined to be unfounded. In 1985, that percentage was up to 65% and involved 750,000 children whose alleged abuse did not occur. What a horrible price those families paid because some person with good intentions moved too fast with too little information.
