Senate rejects modified House bill:  The Senate had already passed this bill early on and it went to the House on Dec. 8th.  The House passed the bill.  So, we thought it was a done deal.  However it went back to the Senate for reconcilliation.

When the House passed the legislation on December 8, several modifications were made, including allowing the use of tracking devices for purposes other than locating missing persons — tracking people to prevent them from harming others, for instance. The House also wanted to pay for the program by defunding an important community-policing grants program not directly related to disability.  So, the Senate rejected the bill as it is.  It may come back. VLA Comment:  HR 4919 The authority for this new law is not under Health and Human Health Services (HHS).  Tracking is under the Attorney General and the Dept of Justice, State and local law enforcement, which lends itself to tracking of multiple persons under law enforcement agencies.

To amend the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994,
to reauthorize the Missing Alzheimer’s Disease Patient Alert Program,
and to promote initiatives that will reduce the risk of injury and death
relating to the wandering characteristics of some children with autism.

Hammond’s team is genetically engineering the Anopheles gambiae mosquito, which is the primary species that spreads the malaria parasite. Nearly all of the offspring of the modified mosquitoes inherit mutations that knock out the genes females need to make eggs.

“If we can sterilize the females,” he says, we “can actually eliminate a whole mosquito population without affecting those mosquitoes that don’t have the capability to transmit malaria.”

Many scientists think gene drives could have their biggest impact on agriculture. Gene drives might, for example, enable researchers to quickly transform entire crops so that farmers don’t need to use polluting pesticides.

According to the U.S. Special Claims court’s statistical annual report released just this week, the number of vaccine injury cases filed against the flu shot increased again — this time by 55%, from 448 cases filed in 2015 to 694 filed in 2016.

(It’s important to note that the 1000% increase from 2014 to 2015 is for actual settlements, or payouts, from the billion-dollar vaccine court; The 56% increase is in the number of cases filed for injuries as a result of the flu shot, from 2015 to 2016.)  Read more…

US Vax Court Sees 400% Spike in Vaccine Injuries, Flu Shot Wins Top Honors for Biggest Payout

  1. Vaccine court settlement payouts increased in total $91.2 million in 2015, up from $22.8 million in 2014 to $114 million in 2015 — a 400% increase.
  2. Vaccine court settlement payments for flu shots increased the most, from $4.9 million in 2014 to $61 million in 2015 —  an increase of more than 1000%, despite autumnal onslaughts every year of media/pr/advertising campaigns urging Americans to ‘get your flu shot,’ with total abandon for the statistical facts coming out of the vaccine court.
  3. Varicella (chicken pox) had the third biggest increase — from $0 in 2014 to $5.8 million in 2015.  (No surprise shingles is on the rise among the elderly population, as recently vaccinated grandchildren continuously shed live virus to their unsuspecting elders.)
  4. Hepatitis B was the fourth largest increase in vaccine court settlements, increasing 321% in 2015 to more than $8 million in 2015 from $1.9 million in 2014.

A review published in the journal Vaccine was produced to justify injecting the HPV vaccines into tiny babies.[2] The authors wrote:

On a global scale, vaccination of newborns and infants is well established and has developed a successful working infrastructure. The hepatitis B virus (HBV) vaccination programs offer a model for HPV introduction in which newborn and infant immunization achieves a rapid reduction in the prevalence of the HBV carrier rates in immunized cohorts of children, and of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer decades later. [Emphasis mine.]

They consider giving babies the hepatitis B vaccine on the day of birth to be a model for reducing the age of HPV vaccination. Rather than vaccinating girls shortly before or near puberty, they’re suggesting that they be vaccinated as infants. READ MORE…

Child Welfare Secrecy “Scary,” Above the Law

How Can “Inexperienced, Underpaid, Overworked” Social Workers Make Life-changing Decisions in Removing Children from Parents?

DCFS’ belief that they can operate in complete secrecy is downright scary. What can be so secret, that DCFS would ask that a state senator be excluded from the courtroom? The law seems to be clear. I have been invited to the exact same courtroom in the past, to view the exact same kind of cases, when the court was interested in my help. I can’t tell the public what happened there. What is it, that your representatives should not see happening? What makes an agency believe they have that kind of unbridled power?

Let’s not forget that I became involved in investigating DCFS when the agency refused to give me information about a case. The law clearly states, it turns out, that they have to. It is peculiar how they memorize the secrecy parts and not the sharing parts.

Most do not know that I had to hold the DCFS budget to get that information and the whole Arkansas legislature had to back me to force them to comply. They are clearly more secretive than they have to be. They are clearly more secretive than the law allows. If we saw this on the evening news going on in another country, we would for a moment be thankful that our country did not allow secret police that could disrupt our lives without due process.
