Cervarix21A claim filed by two sisters for injuries suffered from injections of the human papillomavirus vaccine Gardasil will be heard in federal court in Washington.

Madelyne Meylor, 20, and Olivia Meylor, 19, of Mount Horeb, Wis., allege that Gardasil caused both of them to suffer premature ovarian failure and left them almost certainly unable to get pregnant, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.  Read more:

“This looks like the “generation zero” [earliest] version of what came to be fraudulently published n 2003 as the Verstratten et al study in Pediatrics. This “study” was heavily used  the OAP but has pretty much completely disappeared from the CDC website.

CVS bribes seniors to get the high dosage flu shot. Yet in the manufacturers insert it reveals that 6-7% recipients (Seniors) died after receiving 2 types of Fluzone in the trials. VLA comment: Can CVS be sued for misrepresentation and fraud? According the law no vaccine provider is libel.
