HOMESCHOOL STATES THAT MANDATE VACCINATION
Homeschooling regulations by state
HSLDA, a homeschooling advocacy organization, has created a map showing which states require the most regulation.
- States requiring no notice to the school district about homeschooling include Alaska, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, Oklahoma and Texas.
 - States with low regulation include California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Delaware.
 - States with moderate regulation (parental notification, plus test scores and/or professional student progress evaluations must be sent to the district) include Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Louisiana, Florida, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Hampshire, Maine, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
 - States with high regulation (all the above regulations, plus other requirements — e.g., curriculum approval by the state, teacher qualification of parents or home visits by state officials) include Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont.

- 4 states require homeschool parents to submit proof of immunization (MN, ND, PA, TN)
 - 11 states require homeschooled students to be immunized but do not require homeschool parents to submit proof of immunization (CO, IL, IN, KS, KY, MT, NM, NC, TX, VA, WY)
 - 9 states have multiple homeschool options with conflicting requirements (AK, FL, IA, LA, ME, MD, MI, NE, WA)
 - 26 states do not require homeschoolers to be immunized (AL, AZ, AR, CA, CT, DE, GA, HI, ID, MA, MI, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, UT, VT, WV, WI)

People of Maine to vote against Vaccine Mandate Law… in 2020 election
93,000 People in Maine Sign Petition to Veto New Vaccine Bill Taking Away Parental Rights
On Friday, September 18, 2019, Mainers for Health and Parental Rights held a press conference at the Capitol of Maine to announce they had obtained 93,000 signatures to support their grass-roots effort, Veto 798 Maine.
According to their website, 798 is:
a bill that was pushed through the legislature despite overwhelming opposition from the citizens of Maine, and then quietly signed into law by Governor Mills in May of 2019.
LD798 threatens all of our rights including:
- Informed consent for medical decision making
 - Parental rights
 - Equal access to education
 - Religious freedom
LD798 eliminates religious and philosophical exemptions to vaccination, prohibiting parents, staff and healthcare workers from exercising their right to decline one or more vaccines required by schools and employers. If Maine citizens do not comply with the new law, they face expulsion from all public, private, parochial and online schools and will be terminated from employment.
To get the “Peoples’ Veto” on the ballot for March, 2020, they were required to obtain 64,000 signatures from Maine residents within 90 days, September 18th.
With 800+ volunteers, they obtained over 93,000 signatures – nearly 7% of the population of Maine.
The people of Maine will now apparently have the opportunity to vote and veto this law next March. READ MORE…
Answering questions on California medical exemption law 2019
Caesar Has Spoken! The Cali. Department of Public Health Provides Answers to (Some of) Your Questions about Vaccine Medical Exemptions
Excerpt: In short: despite the hopeful language in the FAQ answers, my view is that essentially none of the exemptions written by the vaccine aware physicians are compliant with the conventional standard of care, as set forth in the Red Book and the above lettered organizations or standards.
One of the reasons I think this is that the conventional standard of care does not recognized the concept of a medically or vaccine fragile child for which it is too dangerous to give any vaccine over the course of childhood. The new law makes clear that exemptions have to be vaccine specific based on the above guidelines which is the (conventional) standard of care.

Vaccines: Exposure to Aluminum (Study)
Currently about 20 childhood vaccines include an aluminium adjuvant. The aluminium salt is the major component of a vaccine (after water) and its high content is why vaccine preparations are invariably cloudy in appearance

Myasthenia gravis: The definition of Sudden Infant death
Study
Myasthenia gravis is a chronic autoimmune neuromuscular disease that causes weakness in the skeletal muscles, which are responsible for breathing and moving parts of the body, including the arms and legs. The name myasthenia gravis, which is Latin and Greek in origin, means “grave, or serious, muscle weakness.
VLA COMMENT: The establishment recommends that infants are not put on their tummies as it may cause SIDS. Tummy sleeping has been going on for centuries without problems. There is nothing like being propagandized to put your baby on its back, flaying around in space. The real reason for the concern for tummy sleeping is that if you have vaccinated your infant with vaccines containing the following he/see can die because….
Bovine, chick, yeast antigens synthesizes
cross-reactive antibodies targeting human acetylcholine receptor and
MuSK protein to cause Myasthenia Gravis:
VLA Comment #2
In North Carolina, SIDS has nearly disappeared, blaming it on mommies sleeping with their babies and putting them on their tummies.
“State officials have virtually stopped attributing deaths to sudden infant death syndrome, a rare condition that strikes otherwise healthy babies in their sleep without explanation.
The change follows a 2010 Observer investigation, which found that hundreds of infant deaths were wrongly attributed to SIDS. Experts say the decision to call so many cases SIDS masked the dangers of a widespread practice: Parents risk suffocating their babies when they sleep with them or put them to sleep on their stomachs. In some cases, it also allowed irresponsible parents to go unpunished after preventable deaths”.
